Not too bad, I think they are getting there not sure. My first time trying this spot.

Great aesthetics, and amazing amounts of LIGHT. It’s super sunny.

The loose leaf tea option is great, but a quick note - if you are wearing a mask but you use bare hands to go inside the loose-leaf tea jar??? Hmmm….

The breakfast sandwich slice was very well done, with a touch of sweetness to the palate.

Overall not bad.

Amazing cafe! There were a lot of unique drinks and the decorations in the cafe were phenomenal! ( Decorations included fairy lights, festive decor, and cute setups!) I really enjoyed the hard working baristas who were super friendly and nice! The tea and other drinks were a bit hot, but other than that I would definitely go to this cafe again!

Breakfast is yummy. Wish they had more selection for hot breakfast, or at least switched the menu more often. They have about two or three hot breakfast items. Hot chocolate was just okay, nothing special. Wish it was more chocolaty and rich. Not a coffee drinker but my aunt loved this place when she visited and said their Americana was excellent. She said drip coffee not as fresh as she would have liked but then she started getting Americana and was very happy. (She’s a coffee fanatic so she said even the drip coffee wasn’t horrible just not as fresh as having it in a vacuum bag.)

Just an overall great neighborhood cafe! They don’t do the fancy hipster stuff but simply brew quality coffee. It’s small but nice. Even my 4yrs boy loves the vegan burrito 🌯 there and their kids drink (monkey milk, cold or warm). Besides the yummy coffee/espressos, they also serve many kind of tea 🍵

For a digital nomad this place is a sanctuary. There's seating in the main floor and upstairs. Wifi. A bathroom on each floor. Plenty of outlets to connect to. Even during coffee hours it doesn't get busy. My favorite part is how much natural light illuminates both floors.

The place is nice and cozy. The staff is helpful and the coffee is great. the croissant was reheated and it was like a gum. Maybe ask for your croissant not to be put in microwave.

Pretty ok. On the one hand they have an awesome Slayer espresso machine. It seems like the team knows what they’re doing and the afternoon barista pulled some great latte art and foam for me. So that is a huge plus. On the disappointing end their espresso wasn’t great. I wanted to try their featured roasted the day after so I went in the morning. Found out it was Rimini which was fine but again kind of a let down. Also no free refills on the drip coffee. It’s not a huge deal but it seems like other places with single origin or third wave brew give at least one refill as a standard. The pastries are also just ok. Lone Pine and a few house made things. Customer service was awesome first visit and not good the second.

Excellent place for a warm drink and pastry. Marmalade/West Capitol has long been wasteland for food options. It is changing. I had a great hot chocolate on a rainy morning and a delicious lemon scone. Soft and tart. Thank you for filling a need in the neighborhood.

Cool place, cool staff, good coffee. And a teacher discount, baby! The spicy Chile sauce they put on the avocado toast is BOMB, but the amount they put is inconsistent. Always good, though.

Nice and sunny with lots of windows (if you like that thing; and if you don’t, are you a human?).

They even have a punch card, which many coffee shops have foregone for whatever (stupid) reason. No loyalty program = no loyalty ya fools! Get a punch card like District Coffee!!!

The best hidden gem to chill, study, or work! Definitely recommend. I got a lavender latte with oat milk. Come check this place out!
