The woman who took my order was extremely helpful and even showed me a way I could save money in my order! My food was the only issue with the visit, which I wish I would've checked before I left with my to go order. My Pumpkin spice latte tasted like it was burnt and my eggs had an aggregious amount of pepper on it,

They seem to frequently struggle with whatever I order, which is never anything that complicated. They are always busy, which is understandable but they always seem surprised and flustered by being busy.
I’ve also tried to use their app to do rewards points and they have never gotten it to work right here. I frequently don’t get points or can’t pay with the app or whatever. Just doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing.

I love Einsteins. This place consistently is the longest wait and slowest place to go to. I have zero idea of why. However everyone doing the service is friendly and helpful. There must be something in there process that makes it go slow

Great bagels. Most of their bagels are vegan, but you must do your own research before ordering because the employees do not know what contains allergens like milk and eggs. Caribou coffee is awesome but they do not have plant milks (almond, soy, etc), only cow milks. Its disappointing to not have even one non-dairy option.

Worst service on the face of the Earth. They take forever and if your order is "to go" they do not bother telling you if they're going to modify your order if they run out of ingredients and/or the bagel you selected. They've consistently been the absolute worst location over ever visited

Honestly I would love to write a good review because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but nearly every single time I go in there is something wrong with my order. Now they’re just burning my food. I respect the staff that’s been there for a long time but there is obviously something wrong with training. The majority of the staff barely listens to your order therefore they’re always messing things up. I’m very disappointed.

Here’s the thing, I get being short staffed. I’m super patient about that, but there is a guy who works here who is so rude and disrespectful to customers. There was a Vietnam vet in front of me and I bought his breakfast, this guy rang us up and didn’t give the vet his coffee. The vet tried to get the guy’s attention and he just put his headphones in and ignored us both. He was completely rude and EVERY time I go in, he is just so rude. Early in the morning, Linda is very kind and caring but I try and avoid coming here if that guy is there.

Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered a few different single bagels on DoorDash. I did not get ANY of the bagels that I ordered, after spending $50.00. I got completely different ones. I won’t be coming back. Thanks guys.

Not one of the employees acknowledged me as I walked up to the counter. Customer service 101: As soon as a customer comes into the store acknowledge them. Even if you are helping another customer, wave or smile to acknowledge their presence. There was at least 5 employees walking back and forth, but I was ignored for about 5 minutes.
