Einstein Bros. Bagels

You guys saved my bacon. I had placed and paid for an online order for pick up at the Midvalley location at 5588 S. Redwood Rd and when my coworker went to pick it up THEY WERE CLOSED!

Ya'll are just down the street from my house so I stopped by to see if you could fill the order. Your staff was SO HELPFUL and kind and caring. They verified my order with the email confirmation and I was able to provide a tasty treat for the meeting at work.

I love Einstein Bros... This location should have their franchise revoked. It is un real how poorly provisioned they are. We have gone back 5 times to give them "second chances". They are always out of decaf and most times out of regular coffee as well. They often get your mobile order wrong or forget items. What an embarrassment to the Einstein Bros company.

Every time we have gone to this location they have messed up our order or someone else's order. They take forever and there is only one guy there that really knows what he's doing. We watched as one of the employees went to fill up a drip coffee, realized there was no more medium roast and filled up the cup with decaf instead of one of the others without skipping a beat. The last thing was that after an over half hour wait and watching several other customers that got there after us revived their orders first they gave us our food and a free sandwich card, which we thought was a nice gesture. After getting to the car however we realized that the card was very very expired. After one too many bad experiences we will no longer be going to this Einstein location.

Uhh well my muffin was really undercooked and they also threw it in the bag it was in pieces. my bagel had barely any cream cheese on it. the girl who took my order also interrupted me 3 times so that was nice :)

Would've left 0 but couldn't. The lady that rang me out was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Not even a little personable and I even tried to kill her with kindness. On top of that, "the dining room is closed to the public." Why? I hope they're not still trying to use COVID as an excuse. If you don't like working here, (which all of them seemed less than thrilled to be working, not a SINGLE person working was happy) then go work somewhere else.

The food is always awesome I come here often as so do a lot of people it is always busy! But there is one cashier that has helped me recently that is so rude and I literally walked out while placing my order today because her attitude I just couldn’t deal with I’m in extreme amounts of pain and I work at a restaurant too but I would never talk to someone in customer service the way she does.

Ordered online. Made the mistake of not checking my order until I got home. They didn't include the sea salt chips. It was also a very poorly made sandwich. Very skimpy on the veggies. The online ordering app doesn't allow for leaving off items - I didn't want onions. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location.

Update Sept 24, 2022:

The service is getting worse. 8 out of 10 orders are wrong.

Drug testing should be in order.

I order from this store every day. Every day they get the order wrong. Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible Terrible! Seems someone should be getting a new job when they FAIL miserably so much of the time. You can tell they do not care about their jobs. The manager should be fired.

My friend and I recently returned from this Einstein Bros. Bagels location. We were greeted with a friendly hello when we walked in the door. The polite young lady behind the counter was ready to take our order right away but we had to review the menu first. We placed our order and while we were waiting I started looking around at the other grab and go food items that don't require placing an order. I noticed something which I pointed out to the young lady and other employees behind the counter at the time. They rewarded me with 3 free items that normally would've cost $10.50 plus tax for bringing the matter to their attention. I have NEVER been compensated by any food establishment in the Salt Lake City area for simply bringing something to an employee's attention. Not only did they compensate me but they did so GENEROUSLY. Aside from that, the staff is friendly, courteous, responsive and quick. The store/eatery is extremely clean. Our to-go order was prepared quickly and brought out to us. The egg sandwiches are fresh and delicious and even at regular price are worth the money. We used a buy one get one free coupon so we received an excellent deal. Exceptional value for the cost! I will return to this Einstein Bros. Bagel location in the future. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good breakfast sandwich that comes loaded with fresh, quality products and only costs slightly more than the greasy, overpriced, fast food breakfast sandwiches that aren't freshly made and in a friendly environment where employees know how to treat customers!

Worst experience at an Einstein’s location, wait time was around 10min with 3 other customers in the store and I mean just look at the bagel…
