Einstein Bros. Bagels

Went in this morning to get a bagel box for my team. Both workers behind the counter (especially the guy) seemed like they both had massive hangover and unpleasant to talk with. When I asked for a bagel box he replied as if he was annoyed "there are pre-made boxes right there!" as he pointed down the counter. I asked what was in them and he said "I don't know, its on the sign", so I looked and read though what was supposed to be in each box, bought the box and left.

When I got to the office, there was not an assortment of bagels, there were only plain bagels and cheese bagels.

Note to management: you may want to get new employees for the morning shift. The gentleman in front of me looked like and sounded like he had a worse experience than me.

Service was great on November 16th around 7:30 am a group of friends went in for some hashbrowns. They didnt have any made but the manager (didnt catch her name) immediately told us and offered to make it right. Thanks for the service because it was busy and they still made food for us.

What can you say, an everything bagel with some cream cheese. So good. We stopped in for a coffee also and I was a bit disappointed that both the medium roasts were empty and nothing in the process of being brewed. I'm sure I'll be back and will upgrade if the coffee is well stocked and ready to go.

Slow as molasses. If you want to get to work on time, go to another Einstein's. I watched the guy making my breakfast bagel, he put every onion on one at a time and kept stopping to chat with his coworker. I looked around - all of the other customers waiting seemed to be annoyed too. There is an Einstein's near my work on Fort Union Blvd - those people are fast. I'll go there in the future. I hope Einstein's reads these reviews, so they can clean up their act at the Brickyard location. 12 minutes for a bagel when it's not that crowded is too long.

The manager was rude to customers, employees, and delivery people. Her mom was there and she was being rude to the employees. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It took me half an hour to get one bagel on a Friday morning at 9. One worker was making coffee the whole time I was there (how long does making coffee actually take?) The person I assume is the manager was just moving bagels around then left the store with a line of at least 10 people waiting. There were only 2 people working the register and making all the orders. Maybe get more staff on a busy shift?

With one exception, the service here is awful. Employees look annoyed from the moment you're in the door. How a bagel shop could so frequently run out of the most popular items is completely beyond me - they're constantly out of multiple things by 10AM, if not earlier. How's that even possible? It's really not hard to run a bagel shop, this place needs new blood.

One of the worst locations I have ever been to. We went in and waited for 15 minutes for two bagels finally we went up to the register to ask the status and they gave us a bag and when we checked it, it was the complete wrong order. Meanwhile one of their employees was leaning up against the wall playing on his Gameboy the whole time.

Customer service is just awful, the girl that takes my order is always very rude and sarcastic. She does not look happy to be there, and definitely shows it. Every other location I’ve been to, has been great—fast food service and very polite. Except for this location.

The food is great, the cinnamon winter coffee is great. But I am continuously unimpressed with the amount of waste created from this place. They often forget to ask for here or to go and leave us with the large bagel boxes and a bunch of bags despite us dining in every time.
