Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff is always extremely rude. They could care less about good customer service or even being decent people. I highly recommend going anywhere else.

I ate turkey, bacon and avocado bagel and I love it! Everything was very fresh! The place was so clean and costumer service was really good!

Great place for breakfast or lunch! Friendly staff and delicious food. I highly reccomend this location.

I’m not sure of it’s this Einsteins or all of them, but these have got to be the worst managed quick quick serve restaurants around. Consistently like 6 employees working and nothing happening to move it along. E wry single time

I've have had a really good experience with this store when it comes to regular purchases, but not so much with the catering ends of things. This definitely isn't my first rodeo with them, so whenever I place a catering order with this location, it's always late and sometimes the orders are incorrect or super weirdly boxed. Placed an order last week and it was an hour and a half late, they gave us a call to inform us that their bagel slicer had broken (which I appreciate), but my issue is that the store never tried to compensate or provide us a coupon for next time due to the extreme lateness. I will not be placing another catering order through them.

Definitely the last time I will ever come to this location, dirty, garbage sitting around, rude employees, still no seating in the lobby- really?? Look for the space to be available soon for lease.

I ordered the cold salmon on a bagel. It looked nothing like picture. The bagel looked terrible, very dry, nothing on the sandwich, the salmon was all broken up. Do not recommend. I won't eat here again. I am often reminded of the importance to eat local from these experiences.

After waiting 20 minutes and 10+ customers ordered after me, and get their food before me I went back to the counter to ask for my order. Not only did I have to convince them I had already paid, but I also had to remind them that they do not sell bottled soda after they tried making me pay for my bottled drink I brought into the store... The only soda's available to purchase there are fountain drinks.

After I ordered for the second time they got my order wrong, I asked for them to fix it and it came back wrong for a second time.

I had a terrible garlicky potent bagel sandwich that I did not even order. Totally inedible, even if it was it would still be overpriced. Never going there again.

Bagels yes beverages no.

I was craving a bagel sandwich and the Farmhouse sandwich was so good! We got a few bagels and they were also delicious. Einstein has the bagel game down. I'd recommend staying away from their beverages. My cold brew was terrible and the orange juice is a powder mix I'm pretty sure.

This Einstein's location is amazing. They're quick, accurate, and the employees are kind. The food is great and I have had no problems going here. This is my preferred location.
