This location has always had the most rude, unenthusiastic employees. I only come here because it’s next to the Harmon’s I shop at. I’ve had MAYBE one person smile at me in the 10+ years I’ve been coming. Today, they earned a review. I ordered curbside pickup. I sat and sat, nobody bringing me my order. I called, 3 times. Nobody answered. So, without a mask, which they are requiring, I walked in, and found my order on the wrong table. Incompetent morons, as always.

The last three times in a row I’ve come to this location they’ve gotten the order wrong. Once we got the better end of the deal and had an extra sandwich, once we got the wrong drinks, and today I ordered the “Bacon avocado tomato egg white” sandwich. You can guess what ingredients should be included in the sandwich, right? Nope they left out the tomato, and my iced coffee was about 2/3 of the way filled. Lots of ice though!
Food is usually tasty and the wait times are short, but they’re consistently inconsistent with accuracy and it gets old.

I visit this location at least once a week. I am a very regular costumer and have been trying to hold back on leaving a negative review but I can't anymore. The service is EXTREMELY slow! I order the same thing every time I visit: two bagels, no smear, just as they are. I am so tired of waiting in line for 20 minutes for two bagels. The employees have awful customer service skills and do not have their priorities in line when it comes to the customers. Helping the customers standing in the line that reaches the back of the store should come before rearranging the bagels and trays. I am honestly surprised this location hasn't done anything to improve this based on other reviews.

The Bagelrito was a total joke! The picture was one thing and the experience was another. Big piece of bread with hardly any contents. And, the sesame bagel didn’t even have a hole in it. (That’s NOT a bagel!) I asked for cream cheese on the side & they didn’t even give me enough to cover the bagel. The only reason you got rated one star is because the coffee was decent.
What has happened to Einstein Bagels?? It has definitely taken a turn for the worst.

6/25/18 7:36AM called in to picked up order with Linda and told her I was on my way in 10-15min. When I arrived to pay for dozen bagel and 2 tubs of cream cheese not one employee knew where the order was. But they proceeded to start slicing the bagels with note that they found. I paid for the items and got to work but they put cinnamon & sugar bagel instead of cinnamon & raisin. I was really disappointed so called to speak to the GM. Brook the GM gets on the phone and I was complaining about the service and order being wrong. Brook proceeded to say that he couldn’t get word into ask questions since I’ve been venting since I got on the phone and he didn’t want to interrupt me because that would have been rude. At that point I really felt like he didn’t listen and didn’t care about the experience I had his store. Then during our conversation Brook hung up phone. I called the store back and Brook says “Blake obviously there is nothing I can do for you! You might as well take your business back to where ever you bought bagels before” WOW I have never experienced such poor customer service and to hear from a GM to take my business else. Maybe I did come off the wrong way in the beginning of the conversation but to have a GM say some of the things he said I’m shocked. I’m more then happy to take my business else where because if that’s how you treat your customers then that’s why your location doesn’t do very well. I can say that Taylorsville location has amazing staff that gives great customer service even though it might be out of my way, I’ll be going there from now on. If you would have taken the time to listen and said sorry for your bad experience I wouldn’t be writing this review.

I ordered a simple bagel with cream cheese and a coffee and it took them 25 min to get it to me. It was busy but there were only 2 people making the orders one person taking orders, two people kept coming out from the back but not helping make orders and there was one employee sleeping in the dining area while it was very busy. 25 min is to long to wait for a bagel.

Brook, the manager there, took my order and it was completely wrong. He over charged me as well. He was completely slow getting my order. You are a manager, how are you manager when you can't get a simple breakfast sandwich and latte prder right? And when I mean slow...I had to repeat my order several times. Each time i repeated my order, I said it slower and slower. I spoke loud, slow, and clear. The restaurant was not crowded so not like there was a lot of background noise. I was not the only customer there that had their order wrong. The other customer was a regular. Brook got his sandwich and his friend's sandwich completely wrong. Get a new manager that can do things correctly and knows how to properly take customer orders without struggling so much.

This was the dirtiest Einstein Bagels I've ever been too. The soda machine was leaking syrup, they still had Christmas decorations up even tho it's March.. the coffee was mediocre. I asked for a caramel Latte and she told me "they call them caramel macchiatos." The gal was sweet, just not knowledgeable, I had something green in Farmhouse sandwich wrapper and there was nothing green in my sandwich, completely grossed me out. I won't be back to this Einstein. Very disappointed.

Good location. Every time I go here they are not too busy, and they always have all the bagels available. The only thing I don't like, and this is all Einstein Bros, is it always takes a long time for a bagel toasted with cream cheese. Oh well, small price to pay, I'll be back.

Awful customer service, they were completely out of half of the selection of the bagels AND out of cold brew. The staff was very unfriendly and made it seem like a hassle to be serving customers.
On top of this, after being able to order half of what I wanted, THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY ORDER IN THE BAG. I had to make ANOTHER trip to actually get what I paid for, the staff seemed to not care one bit and just said “my bad.” I was stunned by the lack of courtesy and care. I will NEVER go back to this place again.
