Einstein Bros. Bagels

The staff is friendly but they need to tend their coffee bar better. The coffee is usually empty except one choice, or not fresh and there’s no cream.

The Einstein's Bagels at Brickyard usually has fresh Bagels when I go in, understanding that I do not go in at the high-frequency times. I know better than that! That does mean that sometimes they do not have the bagels that I want--I'm okay with that and that's not their fault. I really love their bagels, though I think Einstein's as a franchise really charges too much for schmear. So I've taken care of that myself and I bring my own cream cheese from home to keep it in my work fridge. Or if you really have to have the whipped cream cheese you can buy theirs once and use it over and over. Or buy the whipped cream cheese from any of the stores for less money and keep it at work. There's lots of ways to get around the high cost of the schmear. But I digress... Make sure you get on The Bagel Club so you get their coupons that they put out every single week, coupons like buy one get one Bagel sandwiches, which is the best deal I can possibly offer except for your free birthday bagel. Then you just type in their phone number or show the code on your phone and voila'--free bagels or BOGO Bagels and all is good in the land 🤗.

Appreciated the sign on their door saying they were short staffed and expect to wait longer than usual. Staff was still pleasant. News flash—they were crazy, faster than our Einstein at home! 👍🏽

Love the breakfast sandwiches and the tasty turkey for lunch.

My personal favorite location of Einsteins Bros, every time I come all of the workers here have been nothing but kind! They are always full with customers yet they are thorough with their orders.

Long wait to order. Ordered 4 items, they forgot 1 and 2 were wrong. Only thing that was correct was the coffee that I filled. Two stars because the food is good when they manage to get it right.

Every time I go in there are 5 or 6 employees standing around while it takes 25 minutes to put out a bagel sandwich. Coffee is always empty as is the cream

This place is always a hot mess when we go. Understaffed and underprepared . Constantly out of the popular bagels, moldy fruit cups, soda syrup not changed and coffee leaking all over the counter. There is another location East if here that always has it together. Go there.

Mask mandate? What mask mandate? There was a line of people all lined up picking up their orders without masks on. The counter order personnel will turn you away, but they are not taking control of their order pick up station to keep in accordance with the mandate. If they can't get this fixed, they need to discontinue their online orders temporarily during this mandate.

Truly the worst service imaginable. Employees consistently show they cannot follow the simplest of order instructions and work as slow as possible.
