Einstein Bros. Bagels

I haven't had bad experiences at other Einsteins around Salt Lake, but this location just doesn't seem to have it together. They mess up our order almost every time we visit, and they are very rude if they have to make adjustments for THEIR mistakes. This place has needed a new manager for months. Drive a few extra miles to a different location for better service and better food preparation.

I have always had a great experience here. They make my bagels taste great and they always acknowledge me by my name when I pay. They are always so nice and friendly. Mornings are hard, but when I come here they make it a little bit better. Don't go to the Jamba Juice next door.

Coffee was terrible, the only thing ok was the sandwich but McDonald's is better. The cashier was good, the people handing out the food were rude.

Bagels were fresh and delicious, customer service was friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be returning.

This store improved a lot in the last few months so to be fair I decided to change my one star review. They work fast now, get the order right and the bagels are always fresh. Good job!

Einstein obviously has the best bagels and cheese spread in the Salt Lake valley, but they also have the best service around; like every time I pick up a delivery order, it's always ready, fresh and accurate. Thank God for bagel Fridays at work, otherwise I'd take the day off.

All these bad reviews have kept me away from this location for quite a while, but today I caved and I was pleasantly surprised with the fast service, very friendly staff, and the deeeeelicious All Nighter Breakfast Sandwich & party bagel. Very satisfied. Hopefully every experience going forward will be as great as it was today!

I am so impressed with this location. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches through Doordash. I got.my food and my order was wrong. I called the store and they offered to fix it and deliver it to me! They got to my house quickly and my order was correct. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Great customer service!

Store is dirty ( look at the lights above the counter (sugar house location)), staff is not great and bagels aren't worth what they're charging.

Efficient, tasty and clean. An extra note I liked was that I came today to meet up with a friend I was there for a few minute and the shift lead at the time swung by my table after a few minutes to make sure I had been taken care of. Way to make sure that everyone in your store is take care of!
