My mom Cathy slipped and fell here when they didn't have a wet floor sign up and nobody has called us.

Unbelievably expensive for half a dozen bagels. I paid $15.68 for six bagels and a small tub of cream cheese. Again, that’s six (6) bagels for the high, high price of $15.68.

Service here was also really weird. They seemed oddly stressed even though it wasn’t busy. I just wanted bagels so I was standing near the bagel display as the flavors aren’t listed on the menu. The cashier kept asking me to come over to her at the other end of the counter and I ended up awkwardly shouting the flavors I wanted half way across the restaurant.

The bagels are delicious, but not worth it.

I haven't been in for many years and decided to go get a Breakfast sandwich and coffee. My eyes popped out at the prices. It use to be such a nice place with the tables, we had a coffee group that met daily, big group, not just a few tables. Its a very bland experience now, food, atmosphere. People were good, product going downhill.

Went in got some OJ now I was back at work took a sip and it was disgusting! Pure water!! Ew! I called to let them know, you know give em a heads up? They put me on hold for the manager, then they hung up! Rude!!!

I ordered a dozen bagels that automatically comes with two tubs of schmear. Bagels are delivered, no schmear. What the eff am I supposed to eat these bagels with? I called in and there was absolutely no way for them to deliver my schmear, no sincere apology, no discount offers, no trying to resolve any situation. Just straight bs customer service to go with their straight bs bagels. Boo!

I completely agree with Ella's review from 4 days ago. Everything felt rushed, even ordering was uncomfortable. They gave me the wrong bagel for my sandwich, half-effort cut of the bagel, and didn't full toast it. I'd rather wait 10 minutes for it to be done right than a half-effort job all around. Definitely won't be going back during my stay in SLC, sorry guys. Love einstein's typically but this has been by far my worst experience at any location in the country.

Stopped in today right before the store closed at 2. I was ordering 4 sandwiches and some bagels to go. All the sandwiches were wrong. I had two turkey cheddar and neither sandwich had turkey on them. No condiments. Just a plain bagel, slice of onion and lettuce! Had another turkey avocado sandwich, also no turkey. Of course after getting home to discover this, the store was closed. Our order was over $45 and nothing was right! So frustrating

One of your male workers was extremely rude. Every time we online order they forget something. So today before I left I checked to make sure they didn’t forget anything. Of course they did… which wasn’t a big deal. I understand it gets busy and people make mistakes. But when I went to ask the employee he completely ignored me and gave me a horrible attitude.I like this place because it’s close to my house but I will be driving the extra few minutes to go elsewhere from now on.

Terrible location. Waited multiple minutes this AM after walking in to even be acknowledged by the 3 employees. Ordered two bagels with a smear. Employee taking my order was rude and clearly didn’t listen to what I said as I had to repeat myself twice. Waited 5 minutes to finally be given two uncut, un-smeared bagels in a bag. Employees clearly hate their jobs and don’t care at all about customer service. Owners should close the store, hire new employees and train them properly to care before re-opening. Next time I’ll just go to Harmons for a bagel.

You should be fired Saturday 3-26/2022 morning manager!!! I told them I had a food allergy to avocado and the manager rolled his eyes at me. Then told the cashier to tell me to not order avocado..... The cashier was so sweet, to make sure she let them know and he made me the worst begal sandwich, so much sauce, under cooked broken egg that just fell of with every bite and cold turkey. I will call corporate! I paid 8$ for the sandwich and even tip. I was on my way out of town so I didn't have time to go back. You think with only a few locations in this state you would get better service. And no they were not under staffed that day.
