Sunrise Cafe

We sat without food for nearly an hour. When we gave up and cancelled our order, the waitress yelled at us. She then noticed that our order had been cooked and was sitting under heat lamps for God-knows-how-long and demanded that since they cooked it (but never served it to us), we must pay for it. Screachingly loud, so everybody in the place stared. This cafe is a nightmare, avoid it forever.

Local family owned and operated. Good food, friendly service, and cute atmosphere. They serve breakfast or lunch, all day - so you can get a burger for breakfast or pancakes for lunch!

No downside really. Just a nice little local dinner, and worthy of your business.

1st- walking in the place smelled bad
2nd- there was some type of yellow fluid on the floor
3rd- the coffee tasted awful- in the sense that it was watered down(should of left by this time)
4th - The food was undercooked and tasted like it was from a stale old box.
5th- felt ill even after just tasting the food

Friendly staff and great food. Their fries and milkshakes were yummy and the grilled chicken sandwich was really fantastic.

If you think you need more cowbell... you don't. The food was greasy and the service was poor. She didn't even offer to refill the pop. I had to walk over by the fountain and then one of the wait staff pointed to show me where to refill my drink. There was also a very strong cigarette smoke smell throughout the building and the place was rundown. Don't waste your time.

Good diner fare. We were seated quickly with great service. The food is pretty middle of the road but plentiful.

We had high hopes starting today, ready for a good breakfast, even though the place seemed packed. We waited at the door to Cow Belle Cafe for 10 mins, spying an open table & a restaurant full of folks that seemed pretty agitated. We finally caught the eye of a server and asked if we could sit at the open table. Without a friendly smile or real glance at us she said "go ahead." We sat for over 30 mins before someone bussing tables came over and dropped 3 sets of wrapped silverware and 3 menus on our table without a word. I asked "how are you doing today?" and she replied "ok" without even looking up at us or cracking a smile before she walked away. While reviewing the menu, we noticed more folks at other tables were trying to get the 2 servers attention to order their meals or get their check. No one seemed happy and they were getting irritated, so you could feel the energy of totally negativty in the place... We decided not to get agitated further than we had started or give this place our business... That's not worth ruining the start to our day...so we left our table, walked out into the beautiful morning air and went off to another very busy place up the street, we we were greeted by great staff, immediately seated & had to still wait a little to order and for our food while being made to feel totally welcomed... Even with the wait... even if short staffed and slammed... a little customer service with a smile could have gone a long way to make a happy customer at Cow Belle Cafe... But they fail miserably at customer service of any kind. Don't waste your time on eating there... Go to Grumpy's Cafe and start your day off right!

Stellar breakfast. I had the steak and eggs and was pleased to find a nice 3/4" thick steak cooked to a perfect medium rare and seasoned to perfection. Will definitely be back to try more dishes. 👍👍👍

Terrible service! We didnt get menus for the first 20 minutes we were there, once we got menus and placed our order, the food was ready in the window for 20 minutes before someone brought it to us. Overall what could have been a 30 minute turn around took 1.5 hours. We had to flag someone down and
ask for anything we needed because not one server was coming around to check on customers.

Great little cafe!! The food was tasty and plentiful! The staff was very helpful and nice. We would definitely stop here again!!
