Dutch Bros Coffee

Visited this location around 11:30-12:00. The bigger gal today working the lines outside wearing a pink shirt made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We love dutch bros, and the coffee is always amazing. Except visiting this location was uneasy. We always tip $5 and get a thank you from the dutch bro locationback home, and that's what we did today. The pink shirt gal made a comment stating how they don't get those tips because they are taxed and that we should tip in their money jar as well. She said she wanted to bring home 200 dollar tips and all we could do was just stare at her in disbelief as she continued on with her rant. The line was long and I didn't want to argue with her because she completely dumbfounded me. I have never felt that uncomfortable. That girl needs to be removed from working the line until she learns better customer service. I honestly wish I would've caught her name but I was just ready for her to go away after her little rant.

Whenever we visit Washington I always stop by Dutch Bros on the 101!! I recommend you try their delicious flapjack coffee and chocolate chip muffin tops!!

First time to Dutch brothers. Disappointed as their music was so crazy loud they got everything on our order wrong. Asked for milk with coffee -got none. Asked for caramel- tasted like chocolate only. probably wrong. Asked for two muffin tops. She didn’t hear that. So we had to reorder after the coffee came. Don’t know if I’ll ever come back.

Love butch bros. Blended golden eagle is bomb. And our puppy loves her treat too. ❤️

I will have to give this place a 10 ⭐️ rating for customer service… the girl at the window was SUPER FRIENDLY. She was very happy to take our order and she is someone who enjoys her job you can tell by the way she was explaining every drink to us … thank you for the great service.

Solid Dutch Bros. Lines can get crazy and they randomly shut down the walk up window which can be a pain. Grear staff and good coffee though.

Stopped here yesterday for a drink. Young lady inside that helped us was so friendly and happy. Really made our day. Drinks were excellent as well. Great work!

A big THANKS to the gentleman in the black pickup that paid for my drink today, Nov. 2, 2022 at about 1:30 pm. At the Newport Dutch Bros. What an awesome thing to do. I was headed home to Southern Oregon.

When compared to other Dutch Bros the coffee tastes old and stale in the evenings. Like a new batch should be made after it's set for so long. Not great.
