Dutch Bros Coffee

Into the early night this was regrettably the last open coffee shop upon the street. For reasons unknown to me i decided to wait for nearly an hour as the two stewardesses chit chat to the customer in front of me. By the time it was my turn i had to explain how they were to make my cappuccino ignoring the complete misinformation spread by their supervisor. Despite my instruction they forgot to clean steam spigot and my cappuccino tased of whatever came before me.

This fails to represent the amplified malacious racket spewed forth in volume from the establishment.

Nothing has changed, im still resolved to believing they do not purvey coffee, merely stained sugar water.

They were quick-ish and friendly. Drinks were as they should have been. As always, allow time for YOURSELF. These people work hard and it is not their fault others got there before you and they have to make their drinks first. In other words...be kind, be patient and tip nicely!

Our person who came to our car and took our order was very sweet and helpful Five stars to her!

Drinks were OK. The staff was really nice, but the card readers were not working well at all. Going to go again, of course, as it is very close proximity to the beach rental we are at. I haven't tried any other coffee shops in Newport so I don't really have anything to compare them to yet.

Extra sweet Americano, white chocolate Lavender iced coffee with soft top!!! Oh heck ya! No matter what location you go to, this is fabulousness!

Perfect blend of flavors mixed with great service. Although they did offer the opportunity to upset me on the extra energy drink to top off my large Passion Water Rebel.

Also, I didn't even realize y'all sell muffin tops, marketing should advertise them and maybe do a drink bundle. I've been going to Dutch in Norway and Oregon for 8 years and have been missing out. Thank you to the kid in Newport for telling me about them, saved me an extra stop on the way to work.

You guys are so awesome thank you guys for ask the coffee you have served us only a few times has are drink tasted off but it was on just because it wasn't sweet enough or that it didn't come with whipped cream not the end of the world you guys have new people working often so I know they will get there someday but I was in shock because I don't know what happened if my drink went out the other window if it did I feel sorry for the other people but I received a sugar free drink so did my fiancee it was funny at first then you keep drinking it it kinda sucked no sugar sugar free flavors have a weired flavor aftertaste it was super busy so I understand but I order a very sugary drink and so does the misses and I think we got someone else's drinks and they got our no big deal ❤ we drank as much as much we could because we were thirsty and it's so much better down here then up in Yakima wa thank you guys and keep up the good work

Ridiculous got there twice in the last week after 5 WHEN THEY OPEN it was like 5:15 and 5:20 they watched me pull up and sat there wouldn’t take my order two different people just looked at me and looked away …. Not cool ended up going across town Human Bean who gladly took my order and I’ve been going there now… now even after work I won’t go and I’ve told everyone at work and at the gym to stop going until they fix there lack of timeliness. And wasting of my time and others ( WHAT HAPPENED DUTCH BROS ? YOU GUYS USED TO ROCK AND NOW NOT SO MUCH)

I go to dutch because of the awesome friendly service I usually get. They ask about my day, and make me feel good. This location was HORRIBLE. the 4 employees were too busy chatting it up, and making fun of each other, to even say "good morning" just took my order, my money, and said here's your coffee!

Always absolutely always great service. Mostly young kids work at Dutch bros and they all have hi energy and carry on a conversation with me almost every time I visit any of the locations. I don’t know the names but great job guys and gals at Newport, Lincoln City, Eugene, junction City, and Springfield, Oregon to name a few locations I have stopped in at. And they always offer my dog a treat every time I come by. My dog always knows when I pull into Dutch bros cause he gets a treat.
