Dutch Bros Coffee

Love their Raspberry Mocha's; always friendly and smiling faces to greet me - never had a sourpuss. A very popular place so sometimes the lines are just too long for me to wait, (to help speed up the process, team members will come outside with handheld computer to take your order) but I always come back cuz I'm hooked on their great tasting coffee - MUCH better than Starbucks.

This is without a doubt The worst Dutch Brothers in the entire chain. The line moves as slow as any I have ever been in at any location. There is never a runner when the line is long on both sides. The only reason I frequented this location is because of the excellent service, product and speed of all other Dutch locations, save this one. I have never failed to leave at least a dollar for every drink that I get, but I won't leave a dime for the Dutch Brothers baristas in Newport. I only went to the Lincoln City location one time. Received bad service there and refused to go back again. I will be spending my money with your competitors from this point forward in Newport

I got the Hazelnut frappe and my son got the German chocolate frappe. We tried our own drinks then tried each other's drink, wow they are both great! They offer more flavors than Starbucks. Definitely worth it!!

Absolutely the worst customer service of any Dutch Bros. That my wife and I have ever had. First off the gal that took the order was okay and nice but the blonde girl that is inside giving you your drinks just looks at you like why are you here peasant... not only that there was no effort put into the drinks as in I might as well have just had a glass of chocolate milk... where ever we go what ever town we visit that has a DBs we get a drink and never never had a sour taste from Dutch until today and it was about 3:30 afternoon July 9th Saturday. I mean I don't spend time on reviews like this very often but the girl was just like "GO Away" even though we were waiting on a drink still... We will not patron this location again "Ever".

Horrible horrible service. 35 minutes to move 4 cars through. 2 of the employees were constantly out in the parking lot unboxing what looked like Dutch Bros merch while one employee was inside making drinks when there was approx 15 cars in line on each side. Ridiculous.

Super slow. Had 4 cars in front of me and it took 20 minutes to get to the window and that includes 1 of the 4 getting out of line and leaving. When I got to the window, it was the first time a Dutch bros didn't have happy, friendly workers. They were also moving like mollases and my drink was basically all ice and didn't taste great.

Me and my husband went there 7/9/2022, and we had a blonde give us our order and she was really crude and disrespectful. She gave us a crude glare. So we won't be coming back there again, and either will our family and friends. It takes just one employee to ruin it. If your having a bad day , please don't bring it to work. Thank you!!

Let me lay out the story. It's my birthday and to celebrate after our dinner the only coffee place open is Dutch brothers. My birthday treat of choice.....a white chocolate mocha with an added shot of espresso. What I received was a mocha with milk that was not right. The two girls working had the music extremely loud and switched between making my order so the girl who took the order could go outside and talk to people. The time to make my drink and my sons was ridiculous. Never going back. Done wasting my money on a company that gives two sheds to the quality produced. I use to be a barista years ago and to quote my mother " I would never!"
