Fast service good prices prices didn't wait in line too long great coffee

My wife had a balance on a gift card that she wanted to use. She got a sugar-free, dairy free iced vanilla latte. She told me it was good. I don't go here or any other kind of coffee dispensary myself. One thing I didn't like was having rear end of car sticking into street.

I love Dutch Bros however I went to the one in Newport and the gave me a drink carrier that was wet and destroyed and could not properly hold the cups! So when they handed it to me the drinks spilled all over me they did not even appoligize or offer napkins. Horrible service I would never go there again and that makes me sad because I go everyday several times a day sometimes. Treat your customers with a little more respect

I love dutch bros. This location however is very slow. Most locations have runners come out to the cars to speed things up, this place doesn't do that.

Greeted by a friendly barista who engaged me with that standard DB exuberance. The line was long but moved fairly quick. I like the new app, streamlines the transaction, and a runner came out to take our order in line to speed things up. Coffee drinks were delicious, accurate, and served up quickly. Not always my first stop for coffee but a great option when visiting Newport, always consistent. I appreciate that when I order "half sweet" it actually is. Will be back!

Stopped by this morning for a skinny vanilla Latte. It was the worst Latte I have ever had! Like drinking hot steamed milk! Absolutely no vanilla flavor at all. If we hadn’t been half the way through Newport I would have gone back! Won’t be stopping there again.

When in Newport this is where I go for my coffee. Love the coffee and people that serve.

I used too get Dutch bros all the time!! And they used too be soo good! so last night I went and got a coffee but oh my goodness it was so Gross the newer people he has there are awful at making coffee !! I ordered a breve not a black coffee 🤢with a little milk. I don’t think I’d go back. Unless there was some good Training it’s definitely not a the Dutch I remember and some of the people working there are soo rude!! They have gone down hill in just the last couple years.

Would be five stars, but for some reason the company is still not accepting cash due to a so-called change shortage. Rules unfortunate that I have to go to other places when I don't have a credit card on hand. Other than that coffee always tastes great and the service is definitely always friendly and quick.

Very friendly understanding. I really didn't know what I wanted but they gave me what I think I asked for. I will return one of these days.
