Coffee at $4 per cup was too expensive for me. The chairs were so uncomfortable I had to leave early. Maybe the coffee shop owners don't want customers to stay too long. I won't be returning.

We found this place purely by accident and not at all disappointed. Some of the most flavorful coffee and espresso you will ever have. Staff was friendly and the shop was very clean. While there is lots of seating, be prepared for how busy this place can get and it fills up FAST. As someone else posted, the WiFi crowd likes to linger and make tables into offices but they offer free WiFi which is a plus. Drinks only come in one size, so you Starbucks Venti drinkers will just have to order 2. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back the next time I'm in Ashland.

If you love coffee, these are your people. If you have never had a Siphon, do it. And buy the Tonics, I always bring three 6 packs home with me, I love them.

Good vibes all around, nice ambient music, and plenty of space for students/professionals to work. The baristas are all very nice and have great personalities. Over all a very welcoming place. And the coffee is great too!

Cute little coffee roaster with nice beans to try. Expensive. More expensive than any city I've ever visited to be honest. $5.50 for a pour over coffee, you can get it cheaper in San Francisco at any of the known roasters. Something's not right about that. Service was fine. Limited food options, sugar and carbs only.

This place is one of the best coffee shops I've been to, on par or better than the best cafés in Portland, San Francisco, Chicago, and Los Angeles. I had one of the best shots of espresso I've had in a long time from this place, a single origin from Bali that was super sweet with bright berry flavors. They had four options for espresso - two blends, a single origin, and a decaf blend. I had one of the blends as well which was great and I imagine would balance well in a milk drink. They had multiple coffee options that could be made using a Chemex or siphon, and cold brew as well. I was very impressed!

Fresh coffee and food, really friendly service

Hmmmm...this is a tough one. Professionally crafted above average brewed and expresso drinks, comfortable inside lounge chairs and outside seating. Computer power stations and spacious interior. Yet....not fully satisfying. It can be quite noisy with real estate agents aggressively trying to drive deals over the cranked up sound system. The coffees are quite good...but not equal to MIX, Limestone, Griffen Creek or Case...and the brought-in pastry/bagel selection is narrow and disappointing. Recommend you experience Noble at least once...as your priorities are prob different from mine.

Outstanding coffee. Great service, cute location, easy parking (if you're there early.) Highly recommend.

Sanctimonious staff serving up subpar experiences. Google Seinfeld+Soup and you'll have a pretty good idea of what Noble is like. If you choose to go anyway just remember that you, the customer, are always wrong.
