The coffee tastes burnt. I expect a Sumatra coffee to be smooth and rich, not like it had been microwaved in tinfoil. Unfortunately, this dreck is pretty ubiquitous in Ashland restaurants.
Interior's nice. A bit loud because it's all hard surfaces.

Coffee is good but overpriced.
No discounts on refills. $3.50 for a cup of drip. So for two cups (standard for me), $7 for +tip. Biggest rip off ever.
Offer a discount on refills and I’ll be a return customer.

Great coffee. The best in town, by far. And service always super friendly. We are new in town and have already been there many times. A winner!

Smooth and delicious, zero bitterness. Easily some of the best coffee I’ve ever had anywhere in the world. I order online from out of state, it’s that good. I drink it black, zero bitterness even when cold.

Wow! As a coffee snob on a LONG road trip, the beat coffee experience I had was in Ashland at Noble Cofree Roasting. The baristas, the variety of blends and general willingness to educate me in a new way about my coffe was refreshing... as was their homemade caramel! Go today if you can :-)

Noble has handcrafted coffee, a great selection of teas, chai, and hot chocolate. The atmosphere is fabulous, and you ca. watch the coffee being roasted through large windows in the roasting room.

The owner of Culinarium recommended Noble Coffee Roasting; we took her advice and delighted in the store, the fine selection and the gracious and knowledgeable owners!

Best coffee I have had in Oregon. We travel here a few times per year and always look for good coffee. My husband said the tea was excellent, too!
