Incredible large latte brewed by Hannah! I am an Australian coffee snob and finding great coffee in the US can be difficult. Highly recommend! Amazing coffee find!

Very spacious, baristas were very friendly. I had a hot mocha with their in-house caramel. The drink was very good, smooth and delicious. The only ding is the drink size. Their large was more between a small and medium. But irregardless, my beverage was great!

Came by a couple days ago and had a caramel latte with oat milk. I was overjoyed to finally find a place that doesn't upcharge for dairy alternatives, and on top of that, it was one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had!! The ham and swiss croissant paired perfectly. Although it was on the spendier side, I definitely got what I paid for and more. I'll definitely be back sometime!

Pretty good place but not over the top stellar in terms of price for quality. Still... likely some of the best coffee you will find in Southern Oregon. I did love the openness of the cafe, but wish they wouldn't hid their roaster away. One of my favorite reasons to visit local roasters is to watch and smell the deliciousness of the roasting process. It also opens the roaster to conversations and learning. I wish Noble did that rather than put it in a glass room.

Love the house tonic and the ability to get it in a growler. The workers were also super friendly and happy to help.

Excellent coffee. The staff here is always friendly and very welcoming, the coffee is roasted in house and they have there brewing down to a science. There is outdoor seating and the parking is rather good for Ashland, the atmosphere is nice even though it can get a little bit loud but never loud enough to cause annoyance. Overall, Noble makes some of the best coffee in the valley.

All around, Noble is a pretty amazing spot, the coffee is absolutely the best in town, I lived in Guatemala and feel like I have a good taste for coffee. The coffee is usually single origin, fair trade, etc. Pretty awesome!
The staff is always friendly as well.

Most things are extremely expensive... Which wouldn't be an issue if their points system wasn't so terribly thought out. Which is my chief complaint, and why I chose to give Noble 3 stars:

Points system gives you one point, whether you spend $2 or $200. As someone who purchases bagged coffee regularly it's an upset to spend so much money and not get any extra points.

The points login is operated from the cash register screen and the employees must turn the screen towards you to "check in" which they literally never do, so if you forget (which in the morning prior to my coffee, I usually do) you don't get your points.

Most of the businesses in Ashland charge a premium for good food and services, however, Noble doesn't seem to make up for that premium to the local repeat customers.

Fix your points system, it sucks! Thanks for the amazing coffee.

Quick service, great baked gluten free options, excellent hot cocoa.

So far my favorite place in Ashland. Off the main tourist track so it is quieter. Coffee is always good, I like trying the different roasts. Service is always the best, efficient and friendly. I love the choices of seating, some soft, some tables and chairs, and a sweet outdoor setting, which is quiet and calm. Worth your time to go off the beaten path.

Delightful atmosphere and really kind staff. I stopped by on a beautiful Sunday morning and it was just the vibe I was looking for!
