Noble Coffee Roasting

Delicious single origin and world tour espresso. Homemade pastries. The server was very sweet giving plenty of information to make delicious choices.

Great coffee shop with spacious seating indoors and pleasant outdoor seating. Good array of various brewing devices on sale and a nice selection of house roasted beans. The place knows how to make a very tasty dirty chai (imo). Looking forward to having a dry cappuccino done correctly, I'm sure the baristas here can easily manage. One my my gf's favorite coffee places to visit (from the bay area and Portland).

I don’t think Noble needs another 5 star review but I can’t help rave about this perfection of a coffee shop. Friendly staff. Beautiful large indoor space for lounging, chatting, studying, reading, but most importantly the COFFEE!! So delicious. Third wave. I always buy a bag of beans to bring home too. Being from LA, I’m spoiled with coffee shop options, and I never skip Noble when I’m in Oregon. Gah, even the pastries are incredible! If you’re near Ashland, go go go!

This is actually one of the best tasting coffee shops in Ashland, and that's a tough place to compete. I always buy a box of day old pastries for a cool 4$, and a coffee to go. Not a bad price unless you have like 10 kids! The baristas are fantastic especially this tall, short haired blonde guy named Aydin, he's OODLES of fun!

The only complaint I could think of is that this isn't a chain all over the world by now :(

Coffee house that makes you feel like a kid again! Although, not because of the coffee. Did they source their tables from a grade school going out of business or something?

We tried several coffees. All were great. The staff were wonderful, patient and so knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

I really like this place. I’m not ready to sit inside but the sidewalk tables are doable. The important piece is that I really enjoy their drinks. Today I had a chai with an espresso shot. It was perfect for a chilly 36 degree morning. Fall is here!

Great coffee in a quite neighborhood in Ashland.. very spacious to work for half the day take meetings or just read a book.. or grab a coffee and take a walk along the rail tracks and soak the landscape and let the thoughts flowing..

Lovely, laid back setting. Great environment for relaxation, might be a bit challenging to focus if there are loud/boisterous conversations going, so bring earbuds or headphones in that case. Lots of table and chairs, wall-lined bar stools and a couple lounging spots. 10/10 would coffee there again.

Best coffee, best vibes, best people working there. They remember my name and what I drink, love it!
