Noble Coffee Roasting

Good coffee, but very slow.

This place used to have amazing coffee, unfortunately paired with an amazingly supercilious attitude. ("No, we won't put just a half a shot in your latte". "Can I have a steamed milk and a latte?" "Not if you're going to mix them.") Last time I was there, the coffee wasn't very good and the staff just couldn't get a simple order right. They used to ship delicious beans... but then they started shipping awful beans under the same name.

Update for July 2021: apparently they had too many people taking up seats without buying anything... chairs are really uncomfortable now. This is a real problem for coffee shops, and I wish there were a better solution.

Always friendly people ready to help select a coffee choice. The best pour over selection within 500 miles.... Maybe further. Not sure I've seen siphon done anywhere else. And their coffee is outstanding

Some of the best coffee I have ever had. Roasted on site with great care and pride! Their cold brew is amazing and they offer growler fills. Pastries are also off the hook. Gluten Free blueberry muffins are made on site and are some of the best I've ever had. Never can eat just one!!!

Noble Tonic!!! Good blends and espresso in every possible form. The seriousness of the attitude about coffee makes it seem slightly pretentious, but that feeling is overcome quickly when you talk to the friendly staff. I hope that doesn't sound bad.

Ok, when in Ashland make Noble coffee one of your stops ! I love a good cup and they never disappoint. I buy special bean coffees there when in town, a rare but wonderful treat for that Sunday morning, sit on the deck and read a good book moment.

Came here to do some work. Cute and open feeling coffee shop. Lots of well distanced space to work with your laptop and really fast WiFi compared to everywhere else I’ve been in Ashland!

Oh and great coffee and knowledgable baristas! (As far as my amateur coffee skills can tell anyway).

One of my favorite coffee spots. Whether you’re visiting Southern Oregon or just moved her, this is the perfect local spot to just grab a good cup of coffee, a baked good and just relax on a rainy northwest day!

The very best coffee in the Rogue Valley and the vibe is that wonderful Ashland-y chill. Great to get coffee on the morning commute or to stop and stay awhile. I always grab a cold brew here on my way to the dog park on a sunny day.
