Best iced oat milk latte in town.
If you like your coffee really burnt tasting, kind of like a mix of a rubber fire and tobacco, you may have a hard time here.
I suggest the World Tour if you like dark roasts.
They are trained coffee experts and are always happy to give recommendations, reminds me of going to sushi in Japan. The sushi chef tells you what to order and how to eat it. I was always happy I listened.
If you are more of an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet person, this place is not for you.
They often sell day old bakery items in mystery boxes at a nice discount.

I found this sweet cozy coffeehouse just in the nick of time as it started snowing as I was taking in the adorable little boutiques in Ashland. I asked the barista’s to make me something special as it was my 1st time visiting their coffee shop and feeling like getting warm & cozy. I was greeted with a warm welcome and yummy coffee and pastries.

First, customer service was amazing. Super friendly staff that was really helpful since I'm not a "fancy" coffee drinker and had some questions about the menu. I ordered the masala chai with a blackberry scone, and my boyfriend had a black coffee with a chocolate croissant. Everything was absolutely delicious! Was it expensive? Yes. But I'd rather pay the extra $1-$2 for a really high quality drink and pastry than something subpar. I loved the ambiance and vibes! It was cozy and modern. Would definitely come back!

I’m a long time customer, and love your coffee and the staff! However, $6 is a lot!
I go to a kiosk in Talent that charges $4.50 for an organic latte, that’s very very good. Wish your price hadn’t gone up so much.

What really sets Noble apart from other coffee shops is their exceptional customer service. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that customers have a great experience.

Boutique coffee right near the heart of Ashland. Modern industrial vibe with plethora of coffee options to cater to the simplistic taste bud all the way to the most refined coffee connoisseur. Small selection of baked goods available with different dietary restrictions in mind. Very Covid conscious with a closed inside but a few patio options exists for those willing or wanting.

Great high quality coffee, very friendly staff and good vibe there. My only complaint is that for a place that's designed to sit and relax in, their chairs are wildly uncomfortable. They do have 2 couches which are nice if you can snag them!

The rumors are true; Noble Coffee is Fantastic! They’ve got a wide variety of coffee, espresso, and tea options and the area is very large if you want to meet friends of business contacts. Don’t miss they’re handcrafted tonic that they produce in-house.

Great third wave coffee shop and roastery. They have single origin coffee from many parts of the world. A must stop for coffee when in Ashland.

Great spot to hit when you need some fantastic coffee and food to wake you up. The inside was lit well and had plenty of seating. They had a great choice of coffee that is house roasted and brewed. I was really pleased with my granita, especially that it was made with oat milk. Extra delicious. Also there are gluten free food options.
