This place has a lovely interior and some good coffee. I has a mocha, which I had been told were the best in Ashland, and I'd probably say if not the best then definitely top 3 mochas in town.

The baristas were nice and fast, and seemed knowledgeable.

Presentation is superb. Lovely mugs, good plates, feels good.

Coffee prices seemed average for the area.

Good place to hang out and study, though it may be a bit loud for some. If I go back, I'd like to get brewed coffee to see how it compares down here, but I've only ever heard good things.

Amazing coffee with amazing customer service! I have never really been into coffee(ice tea is my fave) but this plus makes me crave coffee and not just any coffee noble coffee! I am a big fan so I would say of you want some place to sit down and enjoy an amazing cup of coffee go here!!!

Excellent Coffee! Coffee is roasted onsite. It's noisy here at times, but overall it has a nice ambience. The coffee is worth the noise! Lots of tables and chairs. Good place to meet up with friends during the day, it's not open in the evening.

First visit... I'm a bit torn about giving 4 or 5 stars here. The coffee was really good. I try not to be a coffee snob, but you can't help it when you drink as much as I do. Anyway, always just order brewed coffee (pressed at this shop) and this was better than most I've had. I also like the set up... Big area with lots of seating. The only reason I have it a 4 is that $3 for a cup of brewed seems expensive to me.

They also charge another $3 for a refill. Maybe this shop is so close to California that the prices are overflowing ;)

This might be my favorite coffee shop in Ashland because I love that you can get any of their coffees done as a press, siphon, etc. Their beans are so good (the Mexican El Rincon is my favorite - so light and not too acidic).

The food is good too and they have a gluten free muffin and scone. The scone is huge!

I think I just had the best chai tea of my life at Noble Coffee. The balance of sweetness and spice was absolutely perfect, with just the right amount of foamed milk and cinnamon dusting on top. The texture and taste were perfect. I'll be back for more!

This was my 2nd time here in too many years. I live locally but not in Ashland and do not make over this way often. Great caramel mocha though! Service was warm and friendly! The coffee shop is pretty large with a lot of seating. There are a handful of tables and chairs outside. The only thing that keeps me from giving it that last star is the sound. It's very echoey and can be a bit loud but to most that may be character. To sensitive ears probably not so much. Outside of that, it's a great place to chill alone (with headphones) or mingle with friends for conversation. Cheers! :)

Hands down the best coffee in Southern Oregon. The beans are roasted in house; they serve a selection of single origin and blends from around the world. The shop has a spacious, bright interior with ample seating.
