Noble Coffee Roasting

Visited only the one time to grab a chai tea, but it was tasty, the staff was friendly, and everything seemed nice and clean. Almost didn’t see the lids, toppings, and napkins, but if you’re looking they are in the corner by the front window.

Straight forward, unpresumptuous service of a tasty, spicy dirty chai in a cool, shaded environment with room to stretch out

Loved their white chocolate mocha using the siphon press. What's neat is that you can also sit watch the siphon press process. Enjoyable place to get a cup of coffee

Wouldn't do an iced tea on a hot day. And yes, they do serve tea. I guess brewing some and pouring it over a cup of ice is just asking too much. My husband loved his coffee.

Another great spot for Ashland "townies". Snuggled in the midst of the historical railroad district, Noble Coffee roasts their own and bring some of that Seattle-ness a little south.

At times the atmosphere can be great but at times feels like the hub of any metropolitan city.

Coffee is great as well as the various caffine/expresso drinks. They even have beer on tap for that "champion" on the run in the morning.

Seats are limited at times but is worth to check out if you're in the district.

Absolutely love their coffee. The baristas are knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Their coffee is correctly prepared with quality ingredients. Highly recommended.

Nice interior, but too open and cavernous. The sound bounced off the walls and ceiling making a deafening noise with all the machines and people talking. Might be nicer in the summer when you can sit outside.

Absolutely excellent and complex espresso, and friendly baristas who clearly have a lot of skill and experience.
