Noble Coffee Roasting

Noble coffee is so burned tasting and bitter that I even avoid local restaurants that serve it. Thought it would be better straight from the source...its not.

Some of the best coffee in Ashland as they roast a delicious bean with a very nice staff to assist in making a great cup of bean liquor. Also a nice cool place rest on a hot day.

Noble is a must to get the ashland experience. The place itself and the staff are nice and it is great to sit outside and enjoy a sunny ashland day. I am a straight up coffee drinker and when I do experiment their Americanos are the best I have had and their latte is delicious.

Love this coffee shops so much, I buy their beans for my every day coffee. Great casual vibe and knowledgeable staff. Really want to go to a cupping one day

It simply does not get better than this: coffee brews in a mind-boggling array of concoctions, espresso pulls for the finest taste-buds, best t-shirt design in town, bottled local water, BEST service around... these tops dogs in coffee won't admit it (yet) but they are taking over and I am cheering them on.

Pretentious x1000. I like my honey in the bottom of my cup because it warms up as the coffee is poured in. "We don't do it that way because we believe there are too many variables in the espresso...blah blah blah." The attitude in this place makes the coffee too bitter to tolerate.

Great beans--delicious as pour over! I wish I had bought more of their Ethiopian back to Seattle with me... Nice selection of pastries as well!

Put it up there with Flying Goat in Healdsburg and Blue Bottle in San Francisco as the next generation of amazing coffee. I encountered Noble on the first day of a five day trip to Ashland and went back every morning to work my way through their offerings...ne'er a disappointment. Especially loved the Gibraltar...mmm...reminds me of my favorite antipodean flatwhites.

Beautiful coffee house. Great coffee. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good selection of coffee gear that's not overpriced.
