I love this place, the morning bun is the best, but really, Mix has the best pastry and bakery in town, believe me, everything tastes like heaven here.

This little coffee shop is perfect for “light lovers”. This place has tons of natural lighting and lots of seating options. Perfect for students and also for groups. If you want some rays just go outside and as there is seating also available.

Great coffee. Fabulous bread sourced from their downtown store. It’s a great place to hang out with friends and family.
Update: I have one criticism for the owner - put up a sign, let people driving by know what you are. Currently you have to squint at the lettering on the glass door to see it’s a coffee shop. Can’t say how many road trips I’ve been on, used my Starbucks app to find a Starbucks, see a local coffee shop on the way there, and stop at the local store instead. Thing is, for that to work, I need to be able to see the shop sells coffee. Anyone who does the same in Ashland won’t even see ReMix right across the street as there is no signage.

Thanks for the great coffee recommendation, and excellent customer service, even when I ordered a slow pour over coffee right at closing time :-)

The atmosphere here is very nice, airy and light. Lots of types of seating. One of the walls opens up to the outside patio on nice days. The chai is quite good, and they have great cookies.

Such a cool spot for meetings or just to hangout. Their chicken and kale salad was delicious and I love that they serve beer and wine alongside their coffee choices.
Great bakery items also!

Walked in in the early morning on a Saturday.
Ordered a large regular coffee, dine in. Seems pretty simple right?
Wrong.
The barista pointed to an 8 ounce cup and asked if that was large enough. I said no, because I ordered a large coffee. The barista was fine with that and grabbed another cup....a plain glass (see photo). Not only was it very hot, but it cooled down way too quickly.
The flavor was something else too. Not in a good way, something besides coffee. No amount of cream made it taste better (and I tried it with and without). The best way to describe it is the broth from canned vegetable soup.
Needles to say, I am not impressed. Perhaps the other menu items are good, but the regular coffee leaves a lot to be desired.
The barista was polite and the atmosphere was nice, so at least there was that.
For now though, I am sticking with 7-Eleven coffee, at least it won't taste like salted veggie broth served in a beer glass.

Love this location, easy to get in and out of, great patio and the service is always fantastic.
I don't want to let the secret out, but if you can't get to Mix early enough in the morning get your croissant and pastry fix, you can usually find a few here later in the day!

Decent coffee, sort of snobby staff. Definitely the Ashland experience haha.
