BIGGBY COFFEE

My son went on his break from school to get me breakfast since I’m home recovering from surgery. Nutty butter latte has a water down flavor I can’t even explain and my bagel had 2 shaved pieces of ham and a smear of cream cheese, the dries sandwich ever. I forced this meal down so I didn’t make my son feel bad, but it was horrible.

I am a consistent Biggby customer (in a location at least 4 times a week this location provides me with the best service by far. The girls that run the counter are very professional and quick to get your order out. The employees at this location are truly the best.

The staff at this location are SO nice. They absolutely make my son’s day (and mine) every time they make his “magic milk”

I got my free birthday drink. You get to order it up to 30 days after your birthday unlike some places in the 'stars' that makes you get it on your birthday only. I also appreciated that all employees were properly wearing their face coverings.

I love a sugar free mocha FROZEN coffee and this is the ONLY place in town I can get one! Best thing is that they really are better than the other place that USED to have a sugar free mocha. No burnt coffee flavors anywhere!

I always enjoy my time here. It's been taken to a new level with the red velvet coffee. I've had it iced and hot. I was shocked. The iced red velvet coffee was beyond good. I additionally purchased the hot coffee. I'm mostly a tea drinker, but lmbo I need to leave that red velvet coffee alone. That's how great it is. I think the red velvet won't be around long, so I highly suggest getting before it's taken off the menu.

I get the same 5 shot latte almost everyday, I am a regular and pass another Biggby to visit the one in Oregon, Ohio. The girls are very friendly and get my coffee right everytime, they are so good with customers I always tip $50 around Xmas to show my gratitude. Very happy...

Got breakfast here this morning. My coffee was delicious but they are definitely not paying those baristas enough money. Two women juggling the entire store FLAWLESSLY, dancing around that kitchen for everyone. Tip your baristas!!

The drinks and food came out fine. But we felt very rushed by the employees to order even though it was my first time in the store since I live out of state. After we sat down to eat the three employees complained loudly, badmouthed customers and after one employee burnt another while making a drink was told, get used to it you’ve been working here how long? It made for a very uncomfortable breakfast, I just feel bad my friend had been bragging about how much she loves getting Biggby when she’s in town.
