It was clean and air conditioned inside on a hot day but unfortunately the doughnuts were a bit stale. It was a week day and it was around noon so I assume that's why, I just usually expect more from Krispy Kreme. Additionally, and I know it's not the local shops fault... I am not a fan of the new cream filled doughnuts. You hardly get any cream.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Lobby signs say open at 5. I get there past 5:30. All doors locked. I knock on the window, no one answers. I can the phone number, no one answers. I knock on the drive thru. Woman eye rolls me for bugging her. She said the lobby doesn't open at 5, despite the signs. I tell her about the signs, she says no one is available. I tell her a temporary sign saying that would be nice. Another eye roll and no answer, no apology.
I think Dunkin Donuts is getting my money today.

This was my very 1st visit to a Krispy Kreme store. I absolutely loved the freshness of my filled selections and the price was surprising reasonable. I'll definitely be going back!

I got a coupon for $7.99 / dozen by email. The "Hot Now" sign was on. And, the 2 dozen I bought were so freshly cooked that they nearly cooked the top of my thighs.
Oh, sweet goodness yes people, I did lay waste to a few of those. Yes, indeed. Nearly melted in my mouth.

I visited this location on 3/25/21 and was not satisfied with customer service. The doughnut was great, but I as well as 2 other people had to wait 5 minutes for someone to help. It doesn't take 2 people to work the 1 drive thru window. The drive thru workers saw us gathering at the register and instead of helping us they just watched us as both of them worked this 1 window. We all were very visibly upset by this. Customer service training is definitely needed. I guess I'll get better service if I drive up rather than walk in.

All I have to say is the way they treats their hard workers is terrible. Just remember blessings get blocked when you sit here and take advantage of people.

Very nice people. The best doughnuts you can ever buy anywhere. Many of varieties to choose from. Always fresh and soft and sooo good. Great location. Stays very busy. So cool and interesting watching the doughnuts being done through the window inside

The past few times I've gone (each time a Saturday night around 9 or 10 pm), they've only had glazed donuts. What's the point of a donut shop if they only have glazed, I can go to the gas station for that.
Update: they also don't answer their phones despite calling 3 times and waiting 1 minute each time
