I went to the store to get doughnuts on Saturday morning (8am-ish) and pulled up to the drive thru to learn they didn't have any glazed doughnuts. I asked when they would have them ready and they said after 9. I've never known Krispy Kreme to not have their glazed signature doughnuts. The cashier acted frustrated when I asked how long it might be.

I went to Krispy Kreme and I had and online order (custom order) and I gave the guy my name and he told me they didn’t have it, they only had glazed.. I told him that I would want to cancel then and how would I go about getting my refund? and he says “idk” and I’m just staring at him wondering if he’s going to ask someone and after a minute of staring at each other he asks the lady next to him and she tells him that I would have to call customer support and he proceeds to tell me. I told him “okay that’s fine, what’s the number?” And he says “idk that either ”.. like that’s not helpful at all and really unprofessional. I felt as if he was not trying to help me.

We tried to get donuts two days in a row and they were out of almost everything we wanted. Then today in an online order which specifically says a large drink we got a small. And these people expect us believe that they deserve $17 an hour? Save your time, go to Duck Donuts!

The absolute worst KK I've ever been to. I've ordered 4 times from here and they are ALWAYS out of half the donuts on their menu, and it's gotten worse recently. Also, the promotions I get sent in my email are rarely available here. For example instead of the BOGO for the Halloween themed donuts, I instead received all plain glazed. My kids were disappointed to stay the least. Finally, half the time they are completely stale. Stay away from here

I am so upset the only thing I would get from there had been discontinued. The cinnamon bun is gone. My Christmas morning breakfast gone. Everyone loves these why take them away. Corporate needs to rethink this decision.

Krispy Kreme donuts have definitely changed. They are a little darker in color, smaller in size, and much tougher. They do not melt in your mouth the way they used to. Why change of the recipe? I’m disappointed.

Food was great, but clerk was rude at the drive-thru. She told me they didn't have a product and it was hard to hear her on the speaker. I confirmed: "you don't have it?" and she gave me a snarky "nooo." Unnecessary.
Prices are also a little high.
