Krispy Kreme

Very courteous and professional staff. Have always been, since the late 1980’s, a fan of Krispy Kreme. The excellent quality of the foods and beverages, reasonable prices and the friendly and welcoming atmosphere will keep me coming back regularly even though I live 45 minutes away in Louisiana. Thank you for the continued fabulous service.

Fresh donuts served right off the machine! Friendly and fast service.

Just bought some donuts and drinks. KK never disappoints when it comes to freshness and taste but am disappointed in the filled donut. Ordered lemon and cream filled, barely any filling at all. Ate through 3/4 donut before hitting the meager amount of filling. Everyone is scaling back, but this was disappointing, especially when you pay $18 for 6 donuts and 2 drinks. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

My first Krispy Kreme ever! They box them up hot off the line. Kids picked some other specialty donuts too that they loved. Coffee and/or milk at the check out. 🍩

The past three times I have been here, the workers seemed like they were very unhappy to be working/serving the public. Krispy Kreme was my first job as a teenager. I loved it. I was taught service with a smile was most important. However, it seems as though that is no longer taught, in many places on the coast, especially this Krispy Kreme location. It's a shame that I bring my sweet innocent child inside places to experience things, and I'm always disappointed by the miserable workers who don't say hello or thank you, and only smile when someone who looks like they look walks in the door. I will not be back to any Krispy Kreme. Three disappointments is 2 more than my regular acceptance. I'd rather take my business to family owned shops anyway.

Donuts were stale (we were there early so no excuse for this) and the staff didn't greet us or even say a word. I get that working for a donut store is likely nobody's pinnacle career ambition but simple politeness isn't too much to ask either.

The restaurant itself is great and the donuts, of course, are amazing! My problem is with the app. It totally screwed up my pick up order

Krispy Kreme has the best donuts. We always stop there when we go to Gulfport. I wish they would have one closer to where I live. Service was good.

I love the workers here.
The other evening lobby closed had to walk through the drive thru. I was charged for a dozen Doughnuts but only ordered 4.
It is going on 3 days. The manager won't work with me on monies back. I have to locate the manager that charged me.
Other manager thinks I get a free dozen. I was charged 12.99 out my 20. People today I don't get it. Called Corporate but still I have not gotten my funds back for being overcharged at this place. Wooooow.

Never a bad experience here! Great service! Amazing donuts! Been coming here for years 😁
