The baristas we’re very nice, but I’m bit disappointed. We paid 16 dollars and some change for two drinks that tasted like they were cut 50/50 with hot water which is strange because I asked for a shot of espresso in my chai latte along with extra chai concentrate. It’s not even just a Biggby brand problem, it’s this location. Every other location makes their drinks far more potent, especially when specifically asked.

I’m not sure if they are told when trained to ask for tips or what … and I am all for giving a tip when I FEEL like i want to, but I think it is extremely rude to ask and make people feel liable to tip. Also, don’t know how many times i have gotten a coffee for it to not even be a full cup.

Love this biggby I never have a problem with my order the employees are wonderful and from what I gather the owners treat them right as well. This biggby has never ever let me down

Love BOGO Wednesdays! Frozen coffee drinks are good but lack COFFEE flavor. Not locations fault...ergo 5 star! Consistent though! Great variety of drinks to chose from! Drinks are pretty close to description!

A couple of years after initially making a review:. Still top notch service, very friendly baristas, I have never felt unwelcome here. I have been to some biggby coffee shops where I felt unwelcome.

Not a huge fan of this location. Their drinks are always too sweet or not sweet enough. I could order the same thing every time and it always tastes different. Today I brought a “free iced coffee” coupon that showed they were a participating location and they refused to accept it since they “weren’t approved by them”. I just never have the greatest experience here.

I ordered two large drinks today; sat in line for at least 10 minutes due to the lobby being closed for training new hires; finally get to the window and was told that they’re not taking credit card payments.. cash only. I told her that she should’ve had a sign on the menu board and told me before I even ordered. Of course I don’t have any cash on me today; she told me there was a sign on the menu board but it may have blown away because it’s windy. I asked how come you didn’t say something when I ordered and she said “sorry, I don’t know what else to tell you.. there was a sign on the menu a while ago”. Now I just wasted 15 minutes so the drinks I ordered can be thrown away, which is a waste of product or more likely given to the cars behind me. I mentioned this to some of my coworkers and they said this Biggby always has problems with card payments. Guess I’ll just go a few miles down and get Tim Hortons or Starbucks.

I don’t mind tipping but when I do I’d appreciate a thank you they were like okay your drinks will be down there. It was a great drink though so not a total wash but come on guys appreciate the customer
