I come to biggby everyday and I absolutely love the staff, even if my coffee don't taste right they remake it with no issues. Sarah was just amazing today, helped me get my coffee right, and she had the best attitude! She did a great job today!

Maybe I'm just picky, but I can never get the correct order from Biggby. Even when I use a coupon, it is still incorrect. They are too busy asking what my plans are for the day and watching what each other are doing and don't pay any attention to getting the order right.

Friendly staff, but coffee is over priced, not for me

I've been a regular here since it opened. Always friendly, baristas know your name if you've been there more than 3 times, coffee is good. Sometimes lines are long in peak hours, but I just get brewed coffee so it's not a problem. Current manager is one of the nicest people in town. I love this place. More than just coffee...good hometown feel.

Asked for no whipped cream got my drink with it still on. When brought up they scrapped it off essentially taking away half my drink. In other words ripping off what I paid for.

Went today and for the 2nd time in a row my turkey havarti with egg didn't come with egg (even though I paid extra). I have lost count how many times this has happened and it is VERY frustrating ESPECIALLY because you have to pay extra for the egg. I left a review on facebook and was messaged regarding a free bragel but there was no follow through. I only come here because there is no other choice near me, if there were I would not continue to go and get disappointed. Do not recommend if you have another option.

They always have fun flavors for the holidays. When is not the holidays they have a variety of different flavors that anyone can enjoy. Put it's coffee that's hot or iced, hot cocoa, or even smoothies they have it all. Not to mention their pastries are always good with any drink you get. Finally the service always makes me feel welcome and like I'm getting the best drink possible.

Lovely people. I didn't know they had made a mistake but they informed me that they did and offered to fix everything instead of me leaving with the wrong order. They were extremely busy and still took the time to make my correct order. They moved quickly but without any panic and had smiles on their faces while making conversation with me. I nice little way to get my day started on a positive note.

Friendly, kind and talkative staff. Very quick to make order. I ordered a super sized Mocha Caramel, and it was made perfectly. So delicious. Of course, this is an expensive place to purchase gourmet coffee drinks, although whenever I do, it's definitely worth it.
