They have an employee there named mr. Gibby and he is about the coolest employee you could ever ask for, definitely deserves a raise it makes the best coffee I've ever had in my life

I love Bigby. Even when one worker seems out of sync it doesn't deter from the overall friendliness of the staff or atmosphere. Will always be coming back here for my "fancy"(as both my sons call it) coffee fix.

There is an employee, Gabby. She is the sweetest individual and always brightens up my mornings! If it were up to me she would get a raise! 10/10 service from all the employees, but Gabby goes over the top! :)

I go to this Biggby's several days a week. The people here are phenomenal. My favorite is Keane. He has the best energy and attitude. Always happy, smiling and NEVER, EVER callse ma'am. It's always "miss". At 47, that is welcomed. 🤣🤣. I adorbs this store!!! 💋♥️

Biggby has wonderful coffee! I'm disappointed they're only in Michigan, which is my hometown,so it's my go to place whenever we're there. I love that they have different flavors each day, it encourages me to try a variety instead of always going with hazelnut. 😜

I ordered a hot chocolate that tasted like warm milk. I took it back and they redid it, but it was far too sweet. The person I was with also returned her mint mocha because it was just bad. They just were not running on all cylinders today.

My wife and daughter love the place, can’t get enough of their drinks! Had a small issue but they more than took care of it and were super apologetic. Hope to fill this card up and get me a free one soon!

Cute little Michigan- based cafe serving fanciful coffee drinks. Not a ton of seating at this location, but it has a great cozy, upbeat atmosphere. The staff here really set this location apart- I came in looking for WiFi after I'd recently moved to town, and instantly felt at home as they joked with locals and sang Disney songs.

Prices on board do NOT reflect the price you are charged. When I asked staff about it, they blamed corporate for not sending a updated pricing board however they are not honoring the stated board price. I called corporate and they were of no help, the didn't offer the difference back to me, this is illegal in the state of Michigan. They owe me the difference PLUS $5.00, see Michigan ACT 15 of 2011. I brought this to their customer services attention and they still failed to offer me the over charge back. They are in violation of the law. I'm sure they owe many other people this difference as well!!!
