We used the drive thru but it was so slow I had time to take two toddlers inside to use restroom while we waited. Watched barista spill steamed milk while making drinks and when we got our drinks they we're bigger than we opened and didn't seem to include any actual coffee. Also location is very hard to find from the road and getting out of the parking lot into the main road is inconvenient. While I love the idea of supporting a local chain they have to have the consistency and quality of a national to get my business and this place does not.
Soul- searching
Everytime we go we have to wait in line for an unnecessary amount of time. Almost everytime I go through they never tell me the price at the speaker.

A very nice, wonderful Biggby, the service was slow (4pm on a Saturday), but t I presume that was because there was only one Barista to work both front line and drive through! I’ve had to do it before, and that’s insane! Do your workers a favor and put more than one person on the clock. Restroom was clean, sitting area was clean as well.
The drinks were fantastic, the barista did extremely well while working alone.
One star taken off for the manager/owner assigning one person to a shift. Treat your workers better.

Showed up before closeting and was told they weren't making anything with espresso machine bc they already cleaned it very disappointed how it is ran the last 2 months won't be returning!

The barista took my order wrong and didn't even ask for my biggby card. Plus the people who came in after I did, got their drinks before me. It took 3 different tries to get it right and an additional try after they dropped it on the floor. They seemed steady but not extremely busy. They also seemed frazzled. I didn't leave very happy. I also never got my points!

There are only a couple of staff who actually know the menu. Those that don't, fake it and make up an order. When the person who completes it calls out a completely different order, they expect you to just take what they've made for you. I mentioned this once to the woman who made my order, she said 'You're fine' and dismissed the error. I would be more understanding of this if they were busy, but I was 1 of 2 customers. I was inside and there was a car at the drive thru just starting an order. Basically, there are just a bunch of rude untrained children working there. Every time I go in, I leave feeling this way. Marshall is lacking another coffee shop unfortunately. I avoid this place if possible and recommend the same for others.

I like biggby coffee, but just left there and service took at least 15 minutes ( I was the second car in line). 8 more pulled up behind me. The young boy working took my card didn't say hi, bye, the total, have a great day, nothing. He grunted, swiped my card, threw my drink at me and walked away. Not good service at all! Either needs more workers or new ones.

As I watched what was happening behind the counter, I knew I had just wasted $4.76 on a latte. Milk left to steam unattended for several minutes - burned. Shots of espresso sitting around for another several minutes and then used in my drink! Barista was touching money and making four drinks at once. I had one sip and threw my drink away. Even the presentation of the drip coffee in the airpots was disgusting and I wondered how dirty those might be inside.Coffee was all over the floor making it sticky. Just really gross all around.

One girl working the counter and drive up window, she did a great job and I loved my drink. Frustrated for her though that people were laughing in the back while she had multiple orders
