Sadly this location of Biggbys is the worse I've been to. Even though I order the SAME drink every time I go, I never get the same drink twice. Consistency is non existent. Today mine and my husbands coffees were so watered down, it tasted like whip cream water dyed brown. (We asked for no whip, they must have forgot and mixed it in). It also had coffee grounds all up in it too. Super disappointed.

Ungodly slow. Seems to always be understaffed. 2 baristas in the morning isn't enough. Drive thru gets priority regardless so don't go inside if you don't have to.

It is unacceptable to sit at the speaker for 10 minutes and then another 10-15 in the line the get my 1 coffee. I don’t blame the baristas, I blame Muhammad for not getting control over this location. This has been an issue for many years now since Molly and Mara left. As owner, you would think he would pay attention to his locations but he doesn’t, but yet he refuses to sell this location to someone who lives nearby since he lives near Lansing. This is inexcusable.

This is one of the best Biggby locations. It is spacious and clean. The coffee is a little pricey, but it sure tastes good and achieves a tweak for me. My personal choice is the White Lightning with extra expresso. The location is easy in and easy out.

Good quick service. Inside of the establishment is rather clean. The toilet flushing is incredibly violent like stones being thrown all over the place. Coffee was amazing and absolutely loved the seating very comfy. Would come back any time.

Purchased a couple coffees while in town a few days ago in the drive thru; after leaving, found that both coffees were the same, but supposed to be 2 different flavors. We called to ask to get them fixed- drove back and the person that I spoke to smelled both coffees and said they were the coffees we ordered. She didn't seem very pleased that we'd come back- certainly didn't feel very welcome. They did switch them both out (both of which were much better), but considering they made us feel as though we were lying, I don't think I'll be returning.

While I love biggby and frequent often this one is failing. Everything we go they mess up our order. Not a huge deal as typically they are still drinkable. Today it tasted like they gave us water. No tea in our tea or espresso in our latte. My sons frozen drink came hot my mothers drink that I get often they put red bull in when it's not suppose to have it in it its made with a zip. Over $20 and everything went down the drain. Let alone they asked my order 3 or 4 times and kept saying that's hot? To which I kept responding no its ice or its frozen. Not one drink we ordered was hot yet every drink they handed out was hot. I ordered a large and they gave me a small my kids was medium again we got a small. They remade them someone else asked the order and it was STILL handed out wrong.
From now on we will just stick to the battle creek ones. Because I am so tired of getting the incorrect orders.
