I usually love Biggby. It was the first thing I missed when I moved down South for a few years. However if you're looking for genuine Biggby service and atmosphere it's worth the drive into Albion, just down the road really. The Marshall, MI location has terrible service. Money is hard to come by today, and getting harder. I will NOT be treated like garbage by a middle aged woman that treats me like garbage while spending my hard earned money. I won't go back to the Marshall, MI location.

If I could live here, I just simply would. Always friendly staff, nomatter what position they are in. Nothing I have ordered has ever been off even a little.

I am not sure whats goin on i go there once a week and if i get same lady my drink is awesome if i get someone else they cant get it right. For the price I'm just about to go elsewhere!!!!!

Very slow, never willing to work with you, and coffee is cold half the time. Go to Serendipity they have amazing coffee and you get it fast.

I just waited in the drive through for 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. If 3 people can't staff inside and drive through then the owner needs to get more staff or be in there working to help out.

We ordered Carmel marvel, chocolate and strawberry shakes, and cinnamon latte.
The taste of the coffee is not that strong and the shakes are just okay. I don't think I'll be visiting this place again. Unfortunately I didn't enjoy my coffee at all!

It’s just.. so slow. Unbelievably slow. We know if we are stopping here on our way to something to allot about a half hour to getting coffee. You wait in line forever only to pull up to window and see half the staff standing around talking. I really wish Starbucks had a drive thru.

The staff is always kind and helpful. Our drinks are good. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get your order. We got to the drive thru at 10:30. There were maybe 4 cars in front of us and we didn’t pull out of the parking lot until just after 11. We ordered two drinks. While I think the staff are trying their best, something’s gotta be done about wait time. It is like this or worse every time we come.
