BIGGBY COFFEE

Have been here several times unfortunately like going back to an abusive ex! One of the times a boy handed me the wrong drink and then shut the window. I waited and when he returned he said “yes”? but he said it as if I was bothering him. I said I didn’t order a hot drink I ordered two iced drinks. He gave me my correct order, but not without rolling his eyes at me. If you order a plain black coffee you should be fine. But if you order a latte it’s over for you as it’s almost always made wrong. Perhaps someone should train them? Just a thought. Go to the Biggby on Michigan Avenue in Battle Creek…they are amazing, never are rude and have yet to screw up a drink…unlike Marshall’s.

I love my coffee and Bigby is usually a safe bet. Not this location though. They have messed my order up numerous times, not to mention when it is right it tastes watered down. I wouldn’t be as concerned about the wait if it was quality coffee but it’s both a waste of time and money. I’ll go to McDonald’s from now on.

I have consistently inconsistent beverages from this location. I love Biggby coffee, preferring it above all other coffee chains, but this location can blow hot and cold on quality and flavor consistency with an extra emphasis on cold. My last beverage had little to none of the flavoring I ordered and the coffee tasted burnt. This was confirmed by my husband with no prompting of my thoughts on it prior to giving his opinion. The employees were very distracted and took much longer than necessary to make my and my friend's beverage. I wish I could say this was not usually the case at this location, but it seems to be the norm in my experience.

Had a very bad experience with customer service, coffee took forever to come out. my hot coffee was cold when i got it. the guy that works there is very rude

Terrible location. My wife and I are Always disappointed with what we get and today is the worst coffee weve recieved from any chain store, but of all the things, both drinks having coffee grounds all through it is a new one.

I love Biggby. It’s my favorite coffee franchise, however the Marshall location is always money wasted. Many times my iced lattes will have a layer of coffee grounds on the bottom. One time in particular the coffee ground layer was so thick at the bottom, I could not take more than the first drink and had to return back for a new coffee. The new coffee had about half the layer of coffee grounds on it. Still unable to drink it. The bitterness made me feel ill. They also gave me a coupon for next time, to which I used the next week, and the same problem occurred... Today I got two sweet foam caramel cold brews and both of them were so bitter they both got thrown away. On top of the bitterness, it tasted dirty, like the machines needed to be cleaned. I will no longer give this location my business, which is super disappointing because it’s my hometown location. These are problems I’ve never experienced at over 10+ other Biggby locations across the state. I hope the owner tries his coffee compared with other locations and can get these issues sorted out. Compared with other local coffee connoisseur‘s stories, these are problems many people face with this particular Biggby.

I don't understand I told the drive thru girl my order and she said it back to me correctly. I ordered no cream cheese on my bagel and no whip cream in my drink and with soy milk. But then they proceeded to put cream cheese on my bagel when I didn't ask for any of it and they put whipped cream in my drink and milk in my drink.

One of the worst out of all the biggby coffees I’ve been to. Two+ years ago I had consistently great service there but I guess there was a staff switch and now every time I go, I regret it. You have to repeat your order to get all of it, staff acts like you’re interrupting their ‘girls’ gossip hour’ (hello! Customers are the reason you have a job!) they need to find good workers who know how to act professional and actually give you your entire order the first time around...

I want to start by saying staff is super friendly. 5 stars there. However, since moving to Marshall in May, I have yet to have good coffee from this location. I have tried 10+ times and my beverage has never been drinkable. Frozen drinks are far too sweet at this location. Today I was served black cold brew instead of caramel and the sweet foam on top was frozen and the consistency of frozen marshmallow fluff. Biggby is my go to brand for a coffee and it saddens me to have to change to Starbucks because the Marshall biggby location just doesn’t live up to Biggby standard.

I quit going there because they are very slow and their service is sub-par. I decided to give them a chance today because there was no one in line at the drive thru. They were still extremely slow AND my hot chocolate with avalanche flavor tastes like warm milk. There’s hardly any color to it at all. I will keep driving down the road to the Wattles Park Biggby. Soooooo much better there.
