Prices are a little high for everyday coffee so I only go once a week if that. The coffee is great, the food is okay, and the staff is extremely pleasant. There’s usually a large line because a lot of people like their coffee, but I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes in the drive through or about 10-15 in the store. This location has never disappointed.

We were really looking forward to having coffees and the turkey havarti bagels after returning from vacation on our way home to Ohio. Unfortunately, we were told they couldn’t make anything because they had already cleaned the toaster. We were there at 7 and they close at 8.. super disappointing.. still ordered our coffees but now heading to Panera for sandwiches.

The person at the drive through was quite patient and helped to explain different flavor and ingredient options as well as gave his suggestions since it was my first time and I wanted something very sweet. Very nice customer service!

I came in and the girl at the counter was training on register. I manage the waterford location and felt SO BAD putting in my order bc baristas are the worst customers. She was so patient when I explained what my friend and I were looking for. The girls were very patient with us all together, honestly I felt so guilty putting in my order but they made it perfectly 🥰 thank you, the frozen cold brew with two shots was perfect 😊

The ladies working the drive-thru in the mornings are so nice! My order has been correct every time as well. I love that they wrap the bragels in foil because it's still warm by the time I get work and eat it!

Our recent order was slightly wrong last time went went through the drive thru...the young lady immediately apologized and offered to fix the problem. There was a line behind me so when i offered to pull around she was surprised and grateful. I went into the store and both of my drinks were waiting along with 2 young ladies with thank you to me.
