Biggby Coffee

My first experience with Biggby and the coffee was good. The food is not so, I got the vegan bagel and it was bland. The staff were nice and welcoming and the cafe was clean. Would go back for the coffee but not for the food

LISTEN! Hear me out! I had the BEST Turkey Harvati everything bagel at this location! I have been eating this bagel for over 10 years and this location made it the best! The bagel was fresh and toasted to perfection which helped the harvati cheese melt. They were very courteous with the cream cheese, which paired perfectly with the slice turkey! Thank you !!

I HAD THE WORST RUDEST EXPERIENCE FROM ALYSSA AND FAITH AND REALLY ALL OF THE CREW THAT WAS AT LOCATION BECAUSE I WAS DENIED OF USING A COUPON. THIS WAS NOT WHAT I EVER EXPERIENCED
I AM NEW TO MICHIGAN LESS THAN 6 months. And BIGGBY has outtrumped Starbucks. Which was my Favorite. However I presented a coupon and I have been in Food Service With over 29 years of Management. The coupon was denied just because I was chosen to be rude to. I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING MANAGEMENT OR AND OWNER COMMUNICATION. BUT I WILL NOT BE BACK. TO THIS LOCATION AT ALL. WHICH IS ALSO A DISAPPOINTMENT BECAUSE I AM A BROWNSTOWN RESIDENT

We’ve found downriver’s newest, biggest and best Biggby location!! Super friendly staff and drive through option is so convenient!! Inside is huge and very clean!

Order a bagel sandwich and a coffee in drive-thru only one there! Everything was wonderful the gave me my coffee said the sandwich would be right out so I sat there waiting for about 15 min they walked past me through the the drive-thru window looked right at me said nothing until a girl who just started working saw me and asked if she could help me! I said I order a sandwich and they forgot to make it! Witch I don't mind but after me waving at employee as they walked by and I was like what the heck!! But the coffee and food were well made

Excellent coffee and fantastic service. The server was very friendly and helpful!

This place is very refreshing. They get the needs of a customer and I feel they appreciate by business and my needs. Place is always clean and coffee flavorful and hot
