Biggby Coffee

This is a great addition to the local area if you're a coffee fan. I like their menu that varies from fancy lattes to simple coffee and tea options. I've enjoyed both the specialty latte and the basic cup of coffee that I've ordered there. My wife claims they have some of the best chai tea she's ever had. Prices are similar to other coffee shops in the area, and just a basic cup of coffee will run you about $2. The drive thru is convenient, though the turn can be a bit difficult for larger cars to navigate.

Biggby from Michigan to Indy. First Biggby in Indy, right between Carmel and Westfield. Step in and I instantly loved the vibrant colors and personalized booths. Great service, the servers offered coffee to taste so we could make our choice between 3 types of drip coffee. I chose Biggby dark roast and my partner went for Biggby drip. All in all good roast and flavorful taste. A cool collection of baked items although I didn’t try one. Will definitely drop by again.

Ooof. Second time spending over $12 for 2 coffees and they are tough to drink. First time we tried a pumpkin seasonal one and the sweetener/flavor was so strong I won’t be needing anymore pumpkin flavored anything for the rest of the season. Went back again today to try again. Ordered a regular iced latte and it was straight up milk. Not even a hint of coffee flavor. Very disappointed. We were already running late or else I would have gone back in to have them remake.

30 MINUTE drive-thru wait! Do not stop here if you’re short on time. Our wait in the drive-thru this morning was 30 MINUTES. We were the 4th car from the speaker box when we pulled into the line. Yes, we expect about 10 minutes or so, similar to Culver’s in terms of fast food, but wow! I really hope the new one at 31/32 will be able to handle the drastic influx of customers they will receive compared to this location. People are excited for the new location.

Only happened at this location. I had a coupon. Presented before ordering and the gentleman behind the counter rolled his eyes when taking it. Then proceeded to explain, unasked, that I can't get reward points from a coupon.

I highly recommend this place if you need to get some work done! The staff is very friendly, they have comfy cubicles and good Wi-Fi. Also every desk has an outlet and USB ports. The store is usually open till 9pm and the hours are updates on Gmaps unlike Starbucks! Overall much better alternative to Starbucks if you need a working place!

We absolutely love this place! The baristas are all really sweet and the drinks are always great. Friendly service and good food, we’re always happy when we come here! Definitely recommend.

Could be five stars if they’d speed up the drive thru in the morning. It seems to be a staffing issue as they seem to only ever have three people working.

New store on 146th, my first time trying their coffee. We're normally black coffee drinkers, but my partner will occasionally get the "fru-fru" frap or latte. Tonight, we tried the Spotted Owl Latte (marshmallow, hazelnut, vanilla) and the Mello Mochanut Latte (marshmallow, chocolate, coconut). Both were really very tasty. Service thru the drive thru was quick and the coffee was hot and delicious. We'll try it again soon and you should, too!

Was VERY good. Nice bright and clean coffee and tea place. Friendly and knowledgeable staff... free WiFi, and nice TASTY selection of hot and cold beverages and some healthy foods too! Convenient location.
