Java House (Midtown)

Ordered one hot chocolate, somehow the order showed up twice through their system, they still made me two cups despite I was only charged once 🥺 Wish I’d ask for their names! Hot chocolate was the bomb! And I love studying here 🥰
Super nice and responsive staff. Food and drinks came pretty fast, quite impressive! Frappe was also fantastic but I didn’t take picture!🤦‍♀️

Our first impression of Java House was WONDERFUL!! Shout-out to our Barista Katie, she was so kind and friendly and the drinks awesome! This location has available @javahouse merchandise waiting for you. 🥰💯

Excellent little coffee shop. They have about 8 craft lattes to chose from for $6. Also serve black, Americano, cappuccino, lattes and frappe. The breakfast sandwich was fabulous. Great bacon and the bagles appear to be homemade. There is a parking ramp attached to the coffee shop. I spotted some dogs inside too. I am eager to return.

Always have enthusiastic young folks working in there, But more times than not my drink just isn't quite right. Albeit I am from the older generation. Their sandwiches are good (better than others). However, they picture an 'everything bagel' with bacon and egg on it and they do not serve any such sandwich. They only offer a plain bagel. The food is premade. Great environment to have a conversation!

The coffee is fantastic, and the service is very friendly. Love the atmosphere of the inside and the outside tables are very nice as well. My favorite latte is the “Hockey Wife” with coconut and hibiscus. My new favorite coffee shop!

I'm a cold brew fanatic and Java House has really surprised me with its commitment to great cold brew coffee. In spite of being a chain, the quality is there! Of course, the price definitely reflects it! This particular one has plenty of space and is right near the outdoor courtyard space with lots of beautiful seating. Perfect for a warm day!

Java House Midtown (5/20 @2:30) was spectacular! What a cute cafe, and I loved the bar you can sit at! The baristas were all so friendly and were having fun with each other as they made the drinks. The Tedster was so yummmmmmy straight off the menu w whipped delicious on top!!! Go and be amazed! Heaven in a cup!

Great place to grab a coffee or a coffee drink. Also good if you wanted to do some work on your laptop in between meetings. It's a little loud but not too bad. And overall decent place to grab a copy and meet some friends or colleagues

If you’re into the cold brews, this is the place for you. All the drinks I’ve had here have been good, but I am an espresso fiend.

It also doesn’t give me coffee house vibes though, it’s got its own sort of atmosphere.

Very disappointing. I tried to give this shop quite a few chances since it is so close to my work but the same issues happened repeatedly. The coffee isn't great for starters; or at least is woefully inconsistent. Tastes stale most of the time and even burnt at others, regardless of the variety chosen. The baristas, though usually very kind, always seemed to be scrambling and either unprepared for the volume of customers or simply the complexity of some of the orders. I often sit around the bar and have often seen cold drinks be made hot or vice versa, or just general confusion about some of the orders being taken. I actually don't think most of that is down to individual error but rather just poor training. There also rarely seems to be anyone of any managerial rank or authority in the shop and it is often teenagers and young adults seemingly fending for themselves. The shop was also dirty and cluttered fairly often. Overall just very disappointing as I have always felt that this coffee shop had potential, just poor execution.
