Coffee is great but plan to wait FOREVER. You cannot come here in a rush. The staff was good the drink was delicious but I cannot wait 25 minutes when there are only 4 cars in front of me. Also I did not receive a sleeve on my cup making it hot to handle.

Amazing coffee!! I didn’t know we had a Biggby around here. So glad I found it! I have not had anything here I didn’t like. Have not yet tried the non-coffee items yet but I am excited to.

My new go-to. Best coffee I’ve had in a long time. That Starbucks stuff is just too sugary, but I think I found the perfect balance between coffee and sugar when it comes to their frappes and mochas. Those aren’t the only things that are good though… their smoothies are SOOOOOO good! If I could write a 6 star review, I WOULD!

This place was amazing. The staff is well organized. The place is clean and they had tons of information on drinks. I will be back again and again. Thank you for your service.

While understand newly open store, waiting over an hour for coffee drinks anywhere is absurd. Not to mention at 45 mins, told only another 15. Then at hour, another 15. At point where overwhelmed and can't fulfill orders already taken, stop taking more orders! Get caught up first. Overheard new customers told about 20 minutes to get order complete after others waiting hour plus.
Set realistic expectations with customers at point when store can no longer efficiently manage orders. Especially new operation.

Definitely try the butterbear! It's great in hot iced or blended yum!!

Friendly staff. I had a coupon but they ran out of the drink and did not apply the coupon to a different drink. The coffee had a strong smokey taste. Some people might enjoy a hint of camp fire but it was too strong for me.

Horrible service and takes forever for a simple order. Waited over 15 minutes for black coffee and a Carmel latte. Unappreciative management. To busy filling door dash orders. Gave up waiting and walked out before getting order. Told them to keep my money. Last ten dollars any bigny coffee will get from me.

The staff was friendly and the drive through line moved quickly. A different taste than Starbucks. My one complaint? There was no sleeve on the coffee cup and it was too hot to hold and drink!
