Drive thru is usually pretty slow but the drinks are always good!

Order was delayed by 10 minutes because bragels were not even started when I arrived. Please be more prompt.

Such a nice alternative to the negative environment of Star Bucks. Great vibe! Great selection! My new go to for Java

I've only gone here a handful of times, but on every occasion I've been very satisfied. The workers are very friendly, and the drinks have a richness to them that Starbucks' coffee just has not matched, in my experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

Biggby is quickly becoming a favorite place for both me and my husband. They have a ridiculous number of flavors and combinations but their unflavored drinks are just as good. There was one time I had to wait in the drive through for about 15 minutes total but it was an awful combination of being short staffed, training, and technology going down all during their morning rush.
Try them out!

Audrey and Anna were really nice and patient, and the food and drinks I received were very well-made, I especially enjoyed the Sausage, Egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I feel like the operation is under staffed. And the bathrooms were clean but the soap had a weird consistency to it and left a sticky residue on my hands...

Everyone was friendly, the latte and bragel were fresh and well made. Very happy to have a biggby's in Westfield.

If you are in a hurry do not stop here. There has been many times that I am the only 1 waiting for a drink and it still takes 15 mins to get my drink. The drinks are almost never made the same. This place is very inconsistent with their service and products. When they run out of items they still let you order the item and not tell you. It was very disappointing to not get boba in my drink when that is the special ingredient. It’s very disappointing and is poor service to not list the item as missing or out.

Great drinks!!! Worth the wait, especially with nice, courteous staff.
I hope customers who gave 1 star would be more gracious and try to understand any small business is not like a big corporations with tons of resources. If we don't support each others, It will be a monopoly, one name will be controlling the market which is not good for anyone. Only if people treat others like they would like to be treated, that would make an ideal world.

We LOVE that BIGGBY COFFEE is here in the neighborhood! We visited a few times and they are really getting better at speed and quality. The staff are super friendly and always have great recommendations for new drink ideas. We haven't been disappointed yet!
