Krispy Kreme

First time in a Krispy Kreme. Wow! The front counter employee was so friendly, helpful, energetic, and happy. Our donuts were super fresh and delicious. Lots of great options. Valentine's Day themed donuts were a hit with our teens. The store was very clean. The restroom was spotless and stocked. We will definitely be back, when we are in that area in the future! What a great first experience! :)

Donuts were fresh. Great experience with all locations I’ve visited! They Donuts are always tasty. The cashier he was super polite.

I drive a little over an hour for these donuts and they never disappoint. I would recommend coming earlier in the day so you have more choices of donuts since they do run out. Staff is super friendly and donuts are awesome! Love this place!

The glazed donuts were good, but didn't taste as good as we remember them. Very clean shop. We ordered a dozen (buy 1 get 1 free) instead they charged us for 2 dozen. So much for advertisement.

Giant shout out to Gloria for being so wonderful! She had very short notice to fill out fundraising order and she was so amazing about it!!! Thank you for helping our scout troop

Be careful on drive thru. Low key racist. Girl kinda chuckle when she did not understand what I said. Disrespectful I must say.

"Created equal" lincoln said. I learned this at their museum (springfield ill main attraction)

but these girls on drive thru I guess where never taught to be sensitive or respectful.

I want to love this place because they're hot fresh glazed donuts are some of the best I've ever had the problem is they're 15 or $16 a dozen now and I usually get four of the custard filled chocolate iced ones and there's like a thumbnail of Custard in it so I feel like I'm being ripped off so I'll just keep buying my cake Donuts at Casey's I guess cuz it's too disappointing the service is good though and the people are friendly

Great place to be with extremely pleasant and attentive customer service. I loved my visit and so did my pregnant, donut craving daughter in law. We drove from Decatur, IL just to get these donuts

Got there luckily when the light was on. They were making fresh donuts for a benefit group. First fresh, warm donut I've had for years. It was REALLY good!! Service was good too! If course I had to buy some to take home!!😀

The best donuts ever! We have been going there for ourselves and to get donuts for extended family since moving here.
The only complaint would be that they don't make their apple fritters often enough, and we are bummed when some of the specialty donuts go away.
Not usually big fans of cream-filled donuts, but the new ice cream flavors (especially the orangesicle flavor) were fantastic.
Would love to see some kind of coconut donut.
