Jessica was very nasty. Jessica needs to b taught customer service manners. Jessica was rude at the speaker, rude at the window, & walked away after taking my debit card. I didn’t know weather she was walking away with it in hand or if she ran my transaction or what. When I asked Jessica where are u going with my card, she responded rudely as if she didn’t have to explain anything in regards to MY card. Horribly unprofessional and very childlike. Jessica shouldn’t be in the service industry, she’s too immature.

Wish we still had a Krispy Kreme in the Mall of America. The best donuts ever!!!! My 4 year old son tried to eat a whole 12 count...lol Wish we had one in Iowa

They are so great fresh and still taste on the 2end and 3erd day. I wish we had one closer than 50miles north of us but it is worth the 100 mile round trip to get 2 or 3 dozen every other week.

Seems to be regular problem with the store to be out of glazed donuts in the afternoon. The worst part is no sign put out letting you know. You wait at the drive-thru for a long time, get to the speaker and only then do they tell you they are out (at 3pm told they were out till 6pm). Then you get stuck, unable to leave, because the drive-thru is too narrow to allow a 2nd car to leave. Store really needs to put a sign out to let people know and not waste 15 min waiting and wasting gas just be be told "Sorry, we are out."

My wife and I walked in today to grab some donuts and an iced coffee. My wife ordered 6 "glazed" donut holes, and I ordered 4 cinnamon buns and 2 original donuts. the lady then informed me that my wife had already ordered 6 glazed donuts. My wife and I proceeded to tell her that we said donut holes and not donuts. The lady I formed me that we ordered 6 glazed donuts and not donut holes. Again we said that we indeed said donut holes, to which she adamantly said we were wrong. Now, we weren't, but that's not the point. I have never met an employee who went out of her way to cover her mistake, or just plain misleading, and blame it on the customer. Ginger also told the guy making the iced coffee the wrong flavor as well. Maybe now she will realize it was her mistake, not ours. Btw, Scott was awesome!

Wow how can they not have any glaze donuts at 8 in the morning. Staff was super slow. There was only 2 other customets in the store the belt was half full of glaze donuts. I only wanted one glaze donuts and was told they were out and they did not know when I could get one. I will stick with Mellow Cream. They are always fast and friendly.
