Exactly what my wife and I envisioned for breakfast in Pagosa. Quaint cottage on the Main Street with great outdoor seating.
The smothered burrito with chorizo was delicious and the pumpkin muffin hit the spot. Great spot!

Would love an expanded selecting of baked goods but overall very good quality offerings. The breakfast burritos were awesome and their carrot muffins had the best cream cheese frosting I've had, including my own! Maybe they'll share their recipe...

Can't get enough of this place. We went every morning of our trip. Staff is super friendly even though they are always ridiculously busy and everything there is amazing and high quality!

What a lovely cafe experience. Very walkable from The Springs and hotels in that area and you get a great view on the way. I arrived around 730 on a Sunday and just beat the rush. Coffee was excellent as was the sumptuous ham and cheese croissant which was divine served warm. Everyone was so nice and I was at peace

Super cute place. Very nice worker. I had Cranberry Chocolate Muffin (sooooo good), my husband had a burrito. Coffee was very good.

I Ordered a Burrito and the Chile tasted weird. Maybe it was an off day because every in the family loves The Bakery. Just not my cup of Tea.

Went in right at opening. Staff friendly. Their ham and Swiss croissant and cinnamon roll muffin were fresh and amazing! (Have a poppy seed muffin to try later!!)

Delicious pastries and green chile stew. I loved their non dairy and gluten free options. Highly recommend!

I wish I would’ve taken photos of the other items but my fam and I stopped in to the bakery and were pleasantly surprised by all of the social distancing/covid safety measures the shop had created. We ordered take out and tried their stew, breakfast burrito (pictured), a poppy seed muffin, coffee (espresso and cappuccino), and got a lemon bar for later.
The food is fresh and made with quality ingredients. The burrito had chorizo (with a nice little kick), potatoes, egg, and cheese. It was HUGE! The stew had tons of flavor and was also a great portion size—everything was delicious and the service was great. It was busy and they had a great system for managing crowd control/social distance, keeping guests waiting outside aware of how many people were ahead of them using signage on the door and at each “stop” in their social distancing line. It’s also a very convenient location! We picked up breakfast on the way to go skiing and were in and out in about 15-20mins, without calling ahead.
