Pagosa baking company is one of those things you dream about on a cold morning. You wake up, wanting something warm and friendly. So ya go there and are greeted by amazingly kind people, amazingly delicious food, and an amazingly comforting atmosphere. Frankly our breakfast there was magical.

Please go here.

Well-deserved great reputation in town for being THE place to get baked takeout goods. I enjoyed their breakfast burrito, lunch burrito, composed lunch salad, and green chile.

A favorite spot in Pagosa, these folks consistently deliver fantastic baked goods, frozen foods from organic, local producers and a memorable breakfast. Good service too!

This was a disaster. I first visited this establishment 3 years ago and had a good experience. I returned as I was driving through Pagosa Springs hoping for the same experience, but very disappointed. I had a cappuccino and a cinnamon bun. The pastry was more than 2 days old-dry and stale. I had to spit it out. The coffee was bad, there was no foam in the cap. Worse, as the barista made the coffee he did not wear gloves and his hands were all over the inside and rim of the cup. I did not see him wash his hands before making the coffee, but did see him walking around the shop touching dirty plates before hand. Pandemic? I threw away the coffee as well. This was a waste of 7 dollars and I encourage others to consider another option when in PS.

We ordered a cake from this bakery because of the high reviews but the cake was very odd. The frosting was the consistency of lard and was not very sweet and the cake itself was almost corn bread texture. Flavors weren't terrible but I couldn't get over the textures. I don't know if this was a fluke but it was not our favorite.

This little place was really good. We stopped for a quick bite and wasn't disappointed. Fresh breads, specials each day, breakfast menu was good but goes quick! I ordered the quiche with a side of green chili. Only down was the crust on the quiche was burnt to a black point. Small portion for the money you pay.

I Love this place! Everytime I go to pagosa I stop here. Its a must! Their walnut cinnamon muffins are the best. I always buy as many as they have available. Coffee is delicious, treats are wonderful. I'm in out and on my happy way. Did I mentioned the upstanding customer service. In all my years coming here I've never had a bad experience. Keep up the great work ladies and gentlemen

Friendly staff. Good croissant. Bummer latte. Fruit tart didn't have pastry cream, but overly heavy cream.

The lids on our drinks were not great and they caused large spills in two different vehicles, the burritos were wrapped in paper lined foil which stuck to the tortillas so bad one could not be distinguished from the other. Went there for thier gluten free options and found very little to eat. They did refund a portion of our breakfast due to the issues.
