Pagosa Baking Company

Great place for pies, cookies and sourdough bread. They also serve coffees, breakfast sandwiches and quiche. I'd avoid the "hot chocolate". Boring, and there's no whipped cream. Otherwise, this is a cute local bakery open on weekends.

Truly one of the best bakeries I have ever been to in my life! The gluten-free pumpkin muffins are to die for. Fresh baked breads quiches sandwiches coffee everything divine!

Everything we ate was delicious. My fav was the raspberry chocolate chip muffin—it has whole raspberries in it and it’s made with a really nice dark chocolate. Sublime. The loaves of bread are always a good option—we took one on our hiking trip and it was fluffy and perfect. The outside seating area is shady and dog friendly. This spot deserves a repeat visit, and we’ll be making a stop to get some frozen items before we leave—options for frozen pies, lasagnas, sausages, etc.

Love their egg salad sandwich and quinoa salad! Their breakfast burritos are great too!

Absolutely rude! Heaven for bid that a customer ask for cinnamon power be added to the steamed milk. I can't believe the rating for this place is so high. Sounds like we aren't the only ones who've encountered rude service. Plus, the cinnamon roll was super dry, which got a baking company shouldn't be that hard to master. We love Pagosa but guaranteed that we won't be back to visit Pagosa Baking Co.

Superb on all counts: cinnamon bun, quiche, coffee. Savory and not too sweet. Friendly and sincere service! Tasteful and relaxing indoor and outdoor seating. So many hearts and hands behind handmade goods in every nook of this place!

The baked goods are so yummy! Everything tastes so fresh. The coffee blend is really strong so beware. They sell pies and other goods to take home.

Very busy little shop! The best lemon poppyseed muffin I have ever eaten!

I usually get a spiced chai and some flavor muffin and have never been disappointed.

So smart. Serve yourself coffee station. Liked the idea of skipping the line. They don't serve lunch sandwiches till 11: which was kind of a bummer.
