The best coffee with espresso of the trip! My husband had a cappuccino which was also good. I couldn't sample any of the food, because of my extreme dairy allergy. However, it all looked and smelled delicious. 10/10 would recommend.

We love this place. We had the quiche today. Would have taken pics but ate to fast. Lol During the virus, they require masks. They have take out. Cafe latte is fantastic. They have breads, cupcakes, all kinds of pastries. You owe it to yourself to stop here.

Wonderful staff and owners but most importantly, AMAZING food! I don't think there is anything I don't like there! I've met people who claim that going to PB is one of the main reasons they visit Pagosa and I believe that!

Another cute place in Pagosa Springs. We got different coffees, cinnamon roll and local bread. All were yummy. There was a small line, but it moved quickly. Check it out uf in the area!

Very nice people, great selection of baked goods if you’re not gluten free. How does a bakery not even have gluten free bread for their sandwiches?

INCREDIBLY SLOW.

We came for the rosemary bread, then saw the pumpkin muffins on display. We tried one, then came back the next day for three more muffins. They’re gluten free with pepitas and sugar crystals on top. Truly amazing and worth the wait - they’re really busy because it’s all so good!

Only ended up coming here because the first couple choices were closed. Line took forever and by the time we got up to the front, it was 11:01 and they no longer served breakfast.
Changed the order to available options even though we selected something almost half an hour prior to that when we arrived.
Finally ordered, and sat there for 20 minutes waiting on pre-made food. Finally went to ask them about it after watching them serve plenty of people after us. To find that they just forgot half our order in the microwave for 20 minutes, handed me cold quiche and instructed me to heat it up again in the microwave in the lobby. I asked for the second half of our order only to be ignored once again to help a customer who had just ordered... finally got her attention again and accused of not paying for the second half of the order and had to wait while she “went to check the receipt” and eventually handed more cold quiche to heat up ourselves.
The whole experience was awful. So don’t go here unless you want to waste an hour waiting for twice microwaved food and terrible service.

We had breakfast here on Labor Day and they were absolutely slammed. Nevertheless, the line moved quickly and everyone was pleasant and professional. I had a smothered burro that was the best I've had in Colorado and tasted bites of several bakery items, all of which were delicious. It's definitely the go-to place for breakfast in Pagosa Springs.
