Loved this bakery, visited everyday we were in Pagosa. They open at 7:00 AM, perfect for this early riser breakfast eater. Ample street parking that early. Place is charming and very clean. Amazing food and quality customer service. The patio was great to sit on and eat breakfast while the little one watched the traffic go by, keeping him entertained. Latte was A+ and I have high expectations on my coffee. First day I ordered a breakfast burrito, blueberry muffin and a pumpkin muffin. Everything was tasty. The pumpkin muffin was out of this world delicious (and gluten free) and that is what I ordered the next three days. Brought the rest of the family and they enjoyed the food and wished they visited sooner.

Wide selection of baked goods and coffee. The breakfast sandwhich is very good. Service for prepared food can be slow and what is the point of all tge staff wearing masks except for the guy preparing the food? How is that not a violation?

New Owners? Very sweet Matron with lovely attitude and saying good morning to every customer! And Grandpa with your long grey braid, you are a hoot! We are still supporting this business after more than 5 years. Excellent chai, cookies, pies, and so much more.

I wish I had purchased more! We had breakfast here on the way out of town and the croissants were heaven. I had a ham and cheese. I also bought pastries to go (key lime tarts and lemon cookies) and these were literally some of the best pastries I've had since coming to Colorado. There are prepared meals as well. Next time I come through Pagosa Springs, I'm loading up! Do NOT miss this gem!

The muffin I had - cinnamon walnut - was so so good! The coffee was also really tasty and the service was friendly and fast.

Staff was friendly and very informative. I had asked for some Cuban coffee and they had one on the menu.
They did well on the espresso with good technique. It was mixed with a minimal amount of sugar.
The Cubans was very strong and had a nice bitter and sweet taste at the end. I enjoyed very much.
They excel at the atmosphere. The design is very warm and welcoming. Would be a cool place to hang out if I lived here.

my family of 7 walked in knowing we probably wouldn’t get a spot to sit and eat however they were very rude when we can in, telling us we need to eat outside. wasn’t a big deal until they told us we couldn’t order lunch until noon (it was 11:20) then the people behind us ordered lunch and they had no problem with it. the cashier kept asking us over and over what we wanted from the kitchen when we were trying to figure out what we wanted (we sat in line for maybe 2 min) she continued to rush us and in a very rude tone repeat herself. we will not come here again as we felt unwanted from the moment we entered.

The key lime tartlet was awesome and I liked my late too! They were really nice to make the breakfast sandwich without eggs for me (I have allergy) and it rocked. My mom and gf got the quiches and liked them a lot. We enjoyed sitting outside, but the inside of the store was really nice too. When the pandemic ends it would make a nice place to eat indoors too.

The pumpkin muffin was delicious! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A touch sweet and a touch spicy. The perfect balance.
So happy to find a good gluten-free and dairy-free option on the menu!
