We've been coming here for over a decade every time we are in town. So yummy & a huge variety. Always hits the spot!

Everything I've had here is delicious. They have green chile, Excellent breakfast sandwiches, great pies, and focaccia pockets, omg... Perfect snacks/meals for bringing in your backpack or pocket to eat while riding the ski lift. Can't wait til I can visit Pagosa again and try the jalapeño croissant!

I make a beeline for the Pagosa Baking Company every time I come to town. My favorites are the green chili cheddar ciabatta rolls which sell out quickly each day, the homemade green chile with chicken and grilled ciabatta available all day and yes it's great for breakfast, and the molasses walnut cookies.

We haven't even been in Pagosa Springs a week and we've already been to Pagosa Baking Company twice. Today we even bought a set of their awesome mugs. It's a good thing there are so many amazing outdoors activities to do here or I'd totally be over-fed and over-caffeinated (but still very content). So far we've had the house coffee, a latte, and an Americano...and I don't know how many baked goods. And I'm not sure the staff could actually be ANY friendlier. They've all been great, friendly, and crazy helpful. Plus, it's so fun to sit out front and enjoy the mountain air and people watching, too. It's also very walkable to or from here.

Best bread in town! Great breakfast and lunch options too. Muffins and pastries are delicious!

If you are tired of waffles and bananas at the hotel breakfast, this is a much better option when you are in Pagosa. Highly recommend the burrito with the hatch peppers. Pies and pastry are pretty tasty too.

Favorite breakfast in Pagosa! Second visit while on vacation and we love everything they have. I ordered a smothered breakfast burrito and it was fresh, homemade, and delicious. We'll be back next year!

Hometown favorite beloved by visitors also. Great coffee, great breads, hearty breakfast options, cinnamon rolls and a daily variety of sweets and savories.
