Amazing baked goods fresh everyday. This place is a must stop on any trip to the Springs. Staff have always been super friendly and patient as I browse the great selection of breads.
Also the only place in town that knows there is a pandemic going around. Thank you for enforcing a mask policy when transmission rates are higher.

Muffins looked good, but were way too grainy and fell apart. Both coffee and chai were fairly tastless and staff were rude and unhelpful - having a superior and diinterested attitude doesn't make for a wlcoming atmosphere.

Pagosa is really lucky to have some an awesome bakery. I travel the country in my RV looking for good bread as I go and PBC ranks towards the top of my list. It's unusual for a town this small to have such an awesome bread company.

The mushroom quiche was SO GOOD! Some of the best food I had in Pagosa. Perfectly flavored and not too heavy. Good price too!

Delicious and plenty of options! Fresh. And staff are really nice. Breakfast burritos are big - definitely get green chili. The baked goods are solid as well! Highly recommend a stop before heading up to Wolf Creek or passing through town.

This place has a real cool small town bakery vibe. Absolutely delicious pastries. We got the croissants and the quiche and both were delicious.

We ordered a Yule log for Christmas, and it was awesome! The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The day I requested pickup was forecasted for heavy snow, so they worked their magic and let me pick it up a day early. The cake was beautiful and delish. Can’t wait to try their other treats!

Pretty mediocre breakfast stuffs. Muffin was okay. Breakfast sandwiches were okay. Coffee was great.
